Tylny pas samochodu Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tylny pas samochodu. W odniesieniu do zblizonych rozwiazan, tylny pas samochodu wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowym ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 - widok tylnego pasa samochodu z przodu, fig. 2 - widok tylnego pasa samochodu z tylu, fig. 3 - widok tylnego pasa samochodu od góry, fig. 4 - widok tylnego pasa samochodu od dolu, fig. 5 - widok tylnego pasa samochodu z boku, fig. 6 - widok tylnego pasa samochodu z boku przeciwleglego do ujawnionego na fig. 5. Tylny pas samochodu, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry jest zblizony do wycinka okregu z prostokatnymi elementami umieszczonymi poprzecznie do czesci zewnetrznej elementu nadwozia, sluzacymi do polaczenia z sasiadujacymi elementami samochodu. W widoku z przodu i tyly dolna czesc elementu nadwozia, równolegla do podloza, posiada cztery podluzne wyciecia, zas górna jest szersza i lekko odgieta ku górze. Poza tym, w widoku z boku prostokatny element nadwozia z jednego kranca jest o okolo polowe wezszy od drugiego kranca, a przy krawedzi bocznej szerszej czesci posiada prostokatne wyciecie. Wzdluz krawedzi górnej i dolnej umieszczone sa wystepy umozliwiajace mocowanie tego elementu. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze tylnego pasa samochodu w widoku z góry jest zblizony do wycinka okregu z prostokatnymi elementami umieszczonymi poprzecznie do czesci zewnetrznej elementu nadwozia, sluzacymi do polaczenia z sasiadujacymi elementami samochodu. W widoku z przodu i tyly dolna czesc elementu nadwozia, równolegla do podloza, posiada cztery podluznewyciecia, zas górna jest szersza i lekko odgieta ku górze. Poza tym, w widoku z boku prostokatny element nadwozia z jednego kranca jest o okolo polowe wezszy od drugiego kranca, a przy krawedzi bocznej szerszej czesci posiada prostokatne wyciecie. Compared to similar solutions, the rear fascia of the car according to the design is distinguished by a new form manifested in a new shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 - front view of the rear fascia of the car; Fig. 2 - rear view of the car's rear fascia; Fig. 3 - top view of the rear fascia; Fig. 4 - bottom view of the rear fascia; Fig. 5 - side view of the rear fascia; Fig. 6 - side view of the rear fascia of the car opposite the side shown in Fig. 5. The rear fascia of the car according to the industrial design is characterized in that in a top view it resembles a segment of a circle with rectangular elements placed transversely to the outer part of the body element, serving to connect with adjacent vehicle components. In front and rear views, the lower part of the body element, parallel to the ground, has four longitudinal cutouts, while the upper part is wider and slightly angled upward. Furthermore, in side views, the rectangular body element is approximately half as wide at one end as the other, and has a rectangular cutout at the lateral edge of the wider part. Protrusions are located along the upper and lower edges to allow for attachment of this element. The essential features of the industrial design in question are that the rear end of the car, in plan view, resembles a segment of a circle, with rectangular elements placed transversely to the outer part of the body element, serving to connect with adjacent car elements. In front and rear views, the lower part of the body element, parallel to the ground, has four longitudinal cutouts, while the upper part is wider and slightly angled upward. Furthermore, in a side view, the rectangular body element is approximately half as long at one end as the other, and has a rectangular cutout at the side edge of the wider part.
