Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie zelazka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia zelazko w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zelazko w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zelazko w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zelazko w widoku z boku, fig.5- zelazko w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zelazko w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zelazko w widoku z dolu. Zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus obejmuje piec segmentów oddzielonych liniami podzialowymi, z których segment srodkowy ma owalny przelotowy otwór, wewnatrz którego widoczny jest plaski wystep usytuowany w czesci górnej otworu. Segment przedni tworzy czesc przednia oraz czesctylna uchwytu zelazka i ma krawedz przednia w ksztalcie litery „V", przy czym na scieciu powierzchni górnej tego segmentu polozony jest segment górny, stanowiacy czesc przednia uchwytu. Górna powierzchnia segmentu górnego jest obwiedziona linia podzialowa, a jej pole obejmuje cztery wystepy: najwiekszy majacy ksztalt prostokata o lukowatych bokach i zaokraglonych narozach oraz trzy mniejsze wystepy, z których jeden ma zarys owalny. Segment tylny korpusu zawiera profilowany wystep w czesci górnej oraz wypukla sciane tylna. Segment dolny zawiera stope grzewcza, w polu, której widoczne sa dwie grupy otworów umieszczonych na zarysach lukowatych, równoleglych do zarysów krawedzi stopy grzewczej oraz grupe pieciu otworów polozona w narozu stopy. Kazdy otwór polozony na zarysie lukowatym otoczony jest owalnym polem, a kazdy z czterech otworów polozonych w narozu otoczony jest polem kolistym, a jeden centralny otwór w narozu otoczony jest polem owalnym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PLAndreas Schupp The design registration right is valid from: 16 May 2003 Priority: 19 November 2002 (WIPO) The subject of the industrial design is an iron. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the iron. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the iron in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the iron in a front view, fig. 3 - the iron in a back view, fig. 4 - the iron in a side view, fig. 5 - the iron in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the iron in a top view, and fig. 7 - the iron in a bottom view. The iron, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: the body comprises five segments separated by dividing lines, of which the central segment has an oval through-hole, inside which a flat protrusion is visible located in the upper part of the hole. The front segment forms the front and rear part of the iron handle and has a V-shaped front edge, with the upper segment, which forms the front part of the handle, located on the bevel of the upper surface of this segment. The upper surface of the upper segment is surrounded by a dividing line, and its area includes four protrusions: the largest is rectangular in shape with arched sides and rounded corners, and three smaller protrusions, one of which is oval in outline. The rear segment of the body has a profiled protrusion in the upper part and a convex rear wall. The lower segment comprises a heating foot, in the field of which two groups of holes are visible, placed on arc-shaped outlines, parallel to the outlines of the heating foot edges, and a group of five holes located in the foot corner. Each hole located on the arc-shaped outline is surrounded by an oval field, and each of the four holes located in the corner is surrounded by a circular field, and one central hole in the corner is surrounded by an oval field, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1 to fig. 7.
