Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie gabki do uzytku domowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia gabke do uzytku domowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- gabke w widoku z góry, fig.3- gabke w widoku z dolu, fig.4- gabke w widoku z boku, fig.5- gabke w widoku z przodu, a fig.6- gabke w widoku z tylu. Gabka do uzytku domowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly, której podstawa ma zarys owalny, a sciana górna, w widoku z boku,ma zarys falisty. W polu sciany górnej widoczna jest centralna owalna wypuklosc otoczona dwoma wypuklymi pasami, kazdy majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys owalny, przy czym krawedz pomiedzy wypukloscia i pierwszym pasem jest skosnie zebrana. Od strony przedniej zarysy krawedzi wspomnianych wypuklosci i pasów maja ksztalty w przyblizeniu liter „U". The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the sponge for household use. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sponge for household use in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the sponge in a top view, fig. 3 - the sponge in a bottom view, fig. 4 - the sponge in a side view, fig. 5 - the sponge in a front view, and fig. 6 - the sponge in a back view. The industrial design household sponge has the following essential features: it has a solid shape with an oval base and a wavy upper wall in a side view. The upper wall features a central oval bulge surrounded by two convex strips, each having an oval outline in a top view, with the edge between the bulge and the first strip being obliquely gathered. From the front, the edges of the aforementioned bulges and strips have approximately U-shaped contours.
