Nowosc i indywidualny charakter zaworu sanitarnego przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia zawór sanitarny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zawór sanitarny w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zawór w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zawór w widoku z boku, fig.5- zawór w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zawór w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zawór w widoku z dolu. Zawór sanitarny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: obejmuje czesc przednia orazksztaltowy korpus z otworami i wystepami, przy czym czesc przednia zawiera plyte o zarysie kwadratu oraz dwa wystepy usytuowane w osi pionowej plyty, z których górny ma ksztalt dwusegmentowego walca, a dolny ma ksztalt bryly zlozonej z dwusegmentowej czesci walcowej i prostopadloscianu, przy czym odleglosc powierzchni przedniej wystepu dolnego od powierzchni czolowej plyty jest wieksza niz odleglosc wypuklej sciany przedniej wystepu górnego od powierzchni czolowej plyty, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 do 7.FIG.1 PL PLCreator of the industrial design: Antonio CITTERIO The right of registration of the design is valid from: March 25, 2003 Priority: September 25, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a sanitary valve. The novelty and individual character of the sanitary valve is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sanitary valve in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the sanitary valve in a front view, fig. 3 - the valve in a rear view, fig. 4 - the valve in a side view, fig. 5 - the valve in a second side view, fig. 6 - the valve in a top view, and fig. 7 - the valve in a bottom view. The sanitary valve according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it comprises a front part and a shaped body with holes and projections, wherein the front part comprises a plate with a square outline and two projections situated in the vertical axis of the plate, the upper one of which has the shape of a two-segment cylinder, and the lower one has the shape of a solid composed of a two-segment cylindrical part and a cuboid, wherein the distance of the front surface of the lower projection from the front surface of the plate is greater than the distance of the convex front wall of the upper projection from the front surface of the plate, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 7.FIG.1 PL PL
