Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie zaworu sanitarnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia zawór sanitarny w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry fig.2- zawór w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zawór w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zawór w widoku z boku, fig.5- zawór w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zawór w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zawór w widoku z dolu. Zawór sanitarny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmu-jacy czesc przednia i tylna, posiada nastepujace cechy istot- ne: czesc przednia zawiera prostopadloscienna plyte posrodku, której znajduje sie kolnierz, w którym osadzona jest dwuseg- mentowa dzwignia. Segment tylny dzwigni ma ksztalt walca, na którego powierzchni bocznej znajduje sie wyzlobienie majace, w widoku z góry, zarys lukowaty. Segment przedni dzwigni ma postac prostopadlosciennej plytki przylegajacej w przyblize- niu polowa dlugosci do podstawy walcowego segmentu tylnego. Czesc tylna zaworu ma ksztalt walca, na którego powierzchni bocznej znajduje sie dwanascie wystepów, kazdy majacy, w wi- doku z tylu, zarys kola usytuowanego w wierzcholku dwóch przylegajacych do siebie trójkatów, przy czym cztery z wyste- pów sa wieksze niz pozostale i sa one usytuowane blizej kra- wedzi tylnej czesci tylnej zaworu. Ponadto w polu sciany bocznej czesci tylnej zaworu polozone sa cztery symetryczne walcowe obnizenia, a w kazdym obnizeniu umieszczona jest tu- leja z kolnierzem oraz centralny otwór o zarysie kolistym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.Fig. 1FIG. 1 PLSanitary Valve The design registration right is valid from: August 14, 2002 Priority: March 5, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a sanitary valve. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the sanitary valve. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sanitary valve in perspective views from the front, side, and top; fig. 2 - the valve in front view; fig. 3 - the valve in back view; fig. 4 - the valve in side view; fig. 5 - the valve in the other side view; fig. 6 - the valve in top view; and fig. 7 - the valve in bottom view. An industrial-design sanitary valve, comprising a front and rear section, has the following essential features: the front section comprises a cuboidal plate in the center, which has a flange in which a two-segment lever is mounted. The rear segment of the lever is cylindrical, with a groove on its lateral surface that, when viewed from above, has an arcuate outline. The front segment of the lever is a cuboidal plate that adheres approximately halfway to the base of the cylindrical rear segment. The rear part of the valve is in the shape of a cylinder, with twelve projections on its side surface, each having, when viewed from the rear, the outline of a circle situated at the apex of two adjacent triangles, with four of the projections being larger than the others and situated closer to the rear edge of the rear part of the valve. In addition, in the area of the side wall of the rear part of the valve, there are four symmetrical cylindrical depressions, and in each depression there is a sleeve with a collar and a central circular hole, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 7.
