Nowosc i indywidualny charakter zaworu sanitarnego przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia zawór sanitarny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zawór sanitarny w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zawór w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zawór w widoku z boku, fig.5- zawór w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zawór w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zawór w widoku z dolu. Zawór sanitarny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: obejmuje wylew majacy, w widokuz boku, ksztalt litery „1" oraz wystep z dzwignia. Wystep z dzwignia ma ksztalt bryly obejmujacej walec z centralnym otworem, w którym umieszczona jest walcowa dzwignia. Wylew i wystep z dzwignia osadzone sa w walcowych kolnierzach o tej samej srednicy i grubosci, które to kolnierze, lacza sie z tylnymi wystepami walcowymi dochodzacymi do cylindrycznego elementu poprzecznego, którego os wzdluzna jest prostopadla do osi tylnych wystepów walcowych, przy czym cylindryczny element poprzeczny przenika sie z krótszym elementem cylindrycznym ustawionym prostopadle, a na powierzchni elementu poprzecznego znajduja sie obnizenia i wypuklosci oraz ucha mocujace, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.Fig. 1 PL PLCreator of the industrial design: Joachim BLATTNER The right of registration of the design is valid from: June 18, 2003 Priority: December 20, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a sanitary valve. The novelty and individual character of the sanitary valve are manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sanitary valve in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the sanitary valve in a front view, fig. 3 - the valve in a rear view, fig. 4 - the valve in a side view, fig. 5 - the valve in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the valve in a top view, and fig. 7 - the valve in a bottom view. The sanitary valve according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it includes a spout having, in a side view, the shape of the letter "1" and a protrusion with a lever. The lever projection has the shape of a solid embracing a cylinder with a central opening in which a cylindrical lever is placed. The outlet and the lever projection are mounted in cylindrical flanges of the same diameter and thickness, which flanges connect to rear cylindrical projections reaching a cylindrical cross-member whose longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the axis of the rear cylindrical projections, wherein the cylindrical cross-member interpenetrates with a shorter cylindrical element positioned perpendicularly, and the surface of the cross-member has depressions and convexities as well as mounting lugs, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 7.
