Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie kranu. Kran stanowi armature sanitarna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kran w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry fig.2- kran w wi- doku z przodu, fig.3- kran w widoku z tylu, fig.4- kran w wi- doku z boku, fig.5- kran w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- kran w widoku z góry, a fig.7- kran w widoku z dolu. Kran wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepuja- ce cechy istotne: segment dolny kranu ma ksztalt walca, zassegment górny ma ksztalt profilu o przekroju prostokata two- rzacego w widoku z boku, zarys litery "L". Na górnej powierzchni ramienia górnego segmentu górnego kranu znajduje sie prostopadloscienny regulator osadzony na przegu- bie, zas na dolnej powierzchni ramienia górnego segmentu gór- nego kranu znajduje sie walcowy wylew. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the faucet. The faucet is a sanitary fitting. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the faucet in a perspective view from the front, side, and top; fig. 2 - the faucet in a front view; fig. 3 - the faucet in a back view; fig. 4 - the faucet in a side view; fig. 5 - the faucet in a view from the other side; fig. 6 - the faucet in a top view; and fig. 7 - the faucet in a bottom view. The industrial design faucet has the following essential features: the lower segment of the faucet is cylindrical, the upper segment has a rectangular cross-section profile that forms an "L" outline when viewed from the side. On the upper surface of the upper arm of the upper segment of the faucet is a cuboid regulator mounted on a joint, while on the lower surface of the upper arm of the upper segment of the faucet is a cylindrical spout. On the rear wall of the upper segment of the faucet is an element that, when viewed from the side, has the outline of an obtuse angle, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
