Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia mieszalnikowy zawór sanitarny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zawór w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zawór w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zawór w widoku z boku, fig.5- zawór w widoku zdrugiego boku, fig.6- zawór w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zawór w widoku z dolu. Mieszalnikowy zawór sanitarny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy czesc górna, czesc srodkowa i czesc dolna, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc górna stanowi uchwyt majacy ksztalt walca, którego sciana boczna jest od tylu lukowato wybrana, przy czym wybranie siega do polowy stron bocznych sciany, zas od strony przedniej na walcowej czesci sciany bocznej uchwytu znajduje sie wystep, który w widoku z góry ma zarys prostokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami, a w widoku z boku, ma zarys szerszego prostokata. Pod wspomnianym wystepem widoczny jest zarys kolisty. Czesc srodkowa zaworu ma ksztalt walca, którego wysokosc jest okolo trzykrotnie wyzsza od wysokosci uchwytu. Na scianie bocznej czesci srodkowej zaworu usytuowany jest dwusegmentowy wylew oraz wystep tylny. Dluzszy segment wylewu ma, w widoku z góry, zarys prostokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami, a w widoku z boku ma zarys prostokata. Krótszy segment wylewu ma postac walca. Wystep tylny obejmuje dwa ramiona, które tworza zarys kata rozwartego. Czesc dolna zaworu obejmuje kolejno od góry segment walcowy, kolnierz z podkladka i dwoma wkretami, dwa symetryczne wystepy walcowe oraz podluzny element o zarysie lukowatym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7. PL3/Andreas DIMITRIADIS The design registration is valid from: 11 March 2003 Priority: 11 September 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a sanitary mixer valve. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the sanitary mixer valve. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the sanitary mixer valve in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the valve in a front view, fig. 3 - the valve in a rear view, fig. 4 - the valve in a side view, fig. 5 - the valve in a second side view, fig. 6 - the valve in a top view, and fig. 7 - the valve in a bottom view. An industrial-style sanitary mixer valve, comprising an upper section, a middle section, and a lower section, has the following key features: the upper section is a cylindrical handle with a recessed rear side wall, extending halfway down the side walls. A protrusion is located on the front of the cylindrical side wall of the handle. In a top view, the protrusion is rectangular with arcuate shorter sides, while in a side view, it has a wider rectangular outline. A circular outline is visible beneath the protrusion. The middle section of the valve is cylindrical, approximately three times the height of the handle. A two-segment outlet and a rear protrusion are located on the side wall of the middle section of the valve. The longer spout segment, viewed from above, has a rectangular outline with arcuate shorter sides, and from a side view, it has a rectangular outline. The shorter spout segment is cylindrical. The rear projection includes two arms that form an obtuse angle. The lower part of the valve includes, from above, a cylindrical segment, a flange with a washer and two screws, two symmetrical cylindrical projections, and an elongated element with an arcuate outline, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
