Spluczka sedesowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 27 marca 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest spluczka sedesowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac spluczki sedeso- wej, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia spluczke sedesowa w pierwszej odmianie, w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 i 3 - te sama spluczke odpowiednio w widoku z boku i od góry, fig. 4 - spluczke sedesowa w drugiej odmianie, w widoku z przodu, zas fig. 5 i 6 przedstawiaja spluczke z fig. 4 odpo- wiednio w widoku z boku i od góry. Spluczka sedesowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma zbiornik i po- krywe, przy czym dno zbiornika ma w widoku z przodu zarys lukowy skie- rowany wypukloscia ku dolowi z centralnie usytuowanym splaszczeniem z otworem wylotowym, natomiast dolna krawedz przedniego obrzeza po- krywy ma zarys odcinka lukowego skierowanego wypukloscia ku dolowi. The subject of the industrial design is a toilet cistern. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a toilet cistern, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the toilet cistern, in a front view; Figs. 2 and 3 show the same cistern, respectively, in a side and top view; Fig. 4 shows the second version of the toilet cistern, in a front view; and Figs. 5 and 6 show the cistern from Fig. 4, respectively, in a side and top view. The toilet cistern according to the industrial design has a tank and a cover, wherein the bottom of the tank has, in a front view, an arc-shaped outline with a convexity directed downwards and a centrally located flattening with an outlet opening, while the lower edge of the front rim of the cover has the outline of an arc-shaped section with a convexity directed downwards. The essential features of the industrial design in the first variant are that the front wall of the tank has, in a side view, the outline of an arc section with its convexity directed outwards and its lower end passing rounded to the bottom, the front and side rims of the cover protrude outwards, respectively, the upper edge of the front wall of the tank and the upper edges of the side walls of the tank, the upper surface of the cover has, in a front view, the outline of an arc section with its convexity directed upwards and its ends passing rounded to the side rims of the cover, and the curvature of this arc section is a mirror image of the curvature of the arc section constituting the lower edge of the front rim of the cover, and the cover has an approximately centrally located socket with a button in the outline of an elongated oval, as shown in drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. The essential features of the industrial design in the second variant are that the front wall of the tank has, in a side view, the outline of an arc section with its convexity directed outwards and its lower end passing rounded to the bottom, the front and side rims of the cover protrude outwards, respectively, the upper edge of the front wall of the tank and the upper edges of the side walls of the tank, the upper surface of the cover has, in a front view, the outline of an arc section with its convexity directed upwards and its ends passing rounded to the side rims of the cover, and the curvature of this arc section is a mirror image of the curvature of the arc section constituting the lower edge of the front rim of the cover, the cover having an approximately centrally located opening with an element with a mushroom-shaped outline situated therein.
