Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oddajacym uklad zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych jej elementów.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 pokazano butelke w widoku od czola, na fig. 2 pokazano butelke w widoku z boku, na fig. 3 pokazano butelke w widoku z góry, na fig. 4 pokazano butelke w widoku od strony dna oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 5 przedstawiono dwa ujecia tej samej butelki, która pokazana jest w widoku od czola i w widoku z tylu. Butelka, wedlug wzoru, ma wrzecionowaty korpus X przypominajacy ksztaltem rybe. Korpus 1 zaopatrzony jest w zamkniecie tworzace z nim oplywowy ksztalt. W widoku od czola korpus 1 ma w dolnej czesci podstawe 2 ograniczona od góry lukowa linia 3, która wznosi sie w górnej czesci podstawy na ta sama wysokosc i opada w srodkowej czesci. Zarys korpusu w widoku od czola ma w dolnej czesci po obu jego stronach ksztalt linii prostej 4 laczacej sie w górnej czesci z lukiem 5, tworzacym zwezajaca sie w strone zamkniecia wypuklosc. Zamkniecie w widoku od czola ma kontury o zarysie luku o duzym promieniu. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape reflecting the arrangement of the basic outline lines of its individual elements. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the top, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 5 shows two views of the same bottle, shown from the front and from the back. The bottle, according to the design, has a spindle-shaped body X resembling the shape of a fish. Body 1 is equipped with a closure that forms a streamlined shape with it. In the frontal view, the body 1 has a base 2 in its lower part, bounded by an arc line 3 at the top, which rises to the same height in the upper part of the base and descends in the middle. The outline of the body in the frontal view has the shape of a straight line 4 in the lower part on both sides, connecting in the upper part with an arc 5, forming a convexity that narrows towards the closure. In the frontal view, the closure has contours in the shape of an arc with a large radius. The ratio of the bottle height H to its width S is approximately 2.4, wherein the bottom 6 of the bottle in the bottom view has the shape of an ellipse 7, and in the top view the bottle has the shape of an ellipse 8, which surrounds the collar 9 in the shape of a rounded truncated cone 10, inside which there is a neck 11 consisting of a cylindrical base 12 provided with a protrusion 14 in the shape of a cylindrical sector, which in the front and rear view of the bottle has the shape of a rectangle and a diameter equal to the diameter of the base 12 and the cap 13 in the shape of a truncated cone.
