Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obsada dozownika lotnych substancji czynnych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac obsady dozow- nika lotnych substancji czynnych, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia obsade dozownika lotnych substancji czynnych w widoku perspektywicznym boczno-czolowym, fig. 2 - obsade w widoku czolowym, fig. 3 - obsade w widoku od tylu, fig. 4 - obsade w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - obsade w widoku z góry, zas fig. 6 przedstawia obsade w widoku od dolu. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, obsada dozownika lotnych substancji czynnych ma pla- ska podstawe o zarysie scietego od dolu owalu, która mniej wiecej od polowy swej dlugosci ma dwie scianki boczne skierowane w dól i pola- czone ze soba scianka dolna wypukla lukowo na zewnatrz, przy czym kazda ze scianek bocznych ma zarys lukowo wypukly na zewnatrz o wy- sokosci zmniejszajacej sie ku sciance dolnej, od góry zas ukosnie opada- jacy ku czolowej powierzchni podstawy. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the holder for a volatile active substance dispenser, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the holder for a volatile active substance dispenser in a side-front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the holder in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the holder in a rear view, Fig. 4 shows the holder in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the holder in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the holder in a bottom view. According to the decorative pattern and as shown in the attached drawings, the volatile active substance dispenser holder has a flat base in the shape of an oval truncated at the bottom, which has two side walls directed downward approximately halfway down its length and connected by an outwardly convex lower wall. Each side wall has an outwardly convex arc shape with a height decreasing towards the lower wall and sloping diagonally from the top towards the front surface of the base.
