Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia butelke z nakladka w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2- butelke z nakladka w widoku z tylu, fig.3- butelke z nakladka w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke z nakladka w widoku z góry, a fig.5- butelke z nakladka w widoku z dolu. Butelka z nakladka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca ozdobny korpus z nakladka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki z nakladka ma budowe segmentowa z wyróznieniem nastepujacych segmentów: segment dolny, segment przewezenia usytuowany powyzej polowy wysokosci korpusu oraz segment górny usytuowany powyzej przewezenia. Segment dolny rozciaga sie od sciany dolnej korpusu, która ma zarys czworoboku z dwoma lukowatymi dluzszymi bokami, do segmentu przewezenia. Wsegmencie dolnym znajduja sie dwie lagodne lukowate krawedzie polozone na scianie przedniej i tylnej korpusu. Segment przewezenia ma w przekroju ksztalt osmiokata i jest utworzony przez sciane przednia, tylna oraz przez trzy obszary kazdej sciany bocznej, z których srodkowy obszar jest gladki, a dwa obszary boczne zawieraja kilka zarysów kolistych. Sciany boczne korpusu przebiegaja lekko skosnie od sciany dolnej do segmentu przewezenia i sa symetryczne na odcinku ponizej segmentu przewezenia, zas na odcinku powyzej segmentu przewezenia sciany boczne sa mocno wypukle i asymetryczne. W segmencie górnym widoczny jest asymetryczny pas ozdobny, którego pole rozciaga sie ponizej krawedzi dolnych nakladki. Nakladka obejmuje czesc dolna dopasowana ksztaltem do ksztaltu segmentu górnego korpusu oraz zawiasowa, odchylna czesc górna, przy czym zawiasowa, odchylna czesc górna ma, w widoku z góry, zarys w przyblizeniu trójkata równobocznego z lukowatymi bokami i zaokraglonymi narozami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.5.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 PLBottle with a Cap The subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a cap. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle with a cap in perspective views from the front, side, and top; Fig. 2 shows the bottle with a cap from the back; Fig. 3 shows the bottle with a cap from the side; Fig. 4 shows the bottle with a cap from the top; and Fig. 5 shows the bottle with a cap from the bottom. The bottle with a cap according to the industrial design, which includes a decorative body with a cap, has the following significant features: the body of the bottle with a cap has a segmented structure, with the following segments distinguished: a lower segment, a narrowing segment located above half the height of the body, and an upper segment located above the narrowing. The lower segment extends from the lower wall of the body, which has a quadrangular outline with two arched longer sides, to the neck segment. The lower segment has two gently arched edges located on the front and rear walls of the body. The neck segment has an octagonal cross-section and is formed by the front wall, the rear wall, and three areas of each side wall, of which the central area is smooth and the two lateral areas contain several circular outlines. The side walls of the body run slightly obliquely from the lower wall to the neck segment and are symmetrical in the section below the neck segment, while in the section above the neck segment, the side walls are strongly convex and asymmetrical. The upper segment features an asymmetric decorative band, the area of which extends below the lower edges of the cover. The overlay comprises a lower part adapted in shape to the shape of the upper body segment and a hinged, hinged upper part, wherein the hinged, hinged upper part has, in a top view, the outline of an approximately equilateral triangle with arcuate sides and rounded corners, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 5.
