Abstract

The design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the bottle as shown in the representations; the bottle presents an outwardly curved side surface with a central circumferential groove therein; the lower portion of the bottle below the circumferential groove is transparent; the upper portion of the bottle merges into a cap-like portion with a side surface which generally follows the contour of the side surface of the bottle; the cap-like portion presents a raised lower lip portion which extends around most of the perimeter of the lower edge of the cap-like portion; the cap-like portion also presents an upper surface with a central circular depression therein; the cap-like portion also presents a generally elliptical shallow smooth curved depression in the front side surface thereof.The second variant of the bottle presents an outwardly curved side surface with a central circumferential groove therein; the upper portion of the bottle merges into a cap-like portion with a side surface which generally follows the contour of the side surface of the bottle; the cap-like portion presents a raised lower lip portion which extends around most of the perimeter of the lower edge of the cap-like portion; the cap-like portion also presents an upper surface with a central circular depression therein; the cap-like portion also presents a generally elliptical shallow smooth curved depression in the front side surface thereof.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front perspective view from above of the design of a first variant of the bottle;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a front perspective view from above of a second variant of the bottle;Fig. 7 is a front elevation view thereof; Fig. 8 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 9 is a rear elevation view thereof; andFig. 10 is a top plan view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
