Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the motor scooter as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the motor scooter are the pair of front combination lamp cases and the rear combination lamp case; each front combination lamp case has a housing portion and a curved transparent front surface, the housing portion extends around the perimeter of the front surface and has a forwardly curved front edge which merges through rounded corners into upwardly angled upper and lower edges which in turn merge through rounded corners into a slightly S-shape in side view rear edge; the rear combination lamp case for a motor scooter is symmetrical and has a housing portion, a curved transparent front surface and curved transparent side surfaces, the transparent front surface has a downwardly curved lower edge and downwards and outwards curved side edges; the transparent side surfaces each present an arrowhead-like shape in side view; the housing portion extends around the perimeter of the front and side surfaces and has acute angled upper corners which merge into forwardly bent side edges which follow the curvature of the rear edges of the arrowhead-like shapes of the side surfaces and then extend along the lower edges of the side surfaces and the curved lower edge of the front transparent surface.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of a motor scooter;Fig. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side elevation view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
