Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a motorcycle as shown in the drawings; the most significant features of the motorcycle consist of the features of shape, configuration and ornamentation of the fuel tank and the tail lamp for the motorcycle; the fuel tank is generally symmetrical and has a convex curved top surface which continues smoothly into a rear surface of the fuel tank; the top surface merges through curved shoulder areas into the downwards and rearwards angled front surface and into the side surfaces of the fuel tank; the side surfaces merge through curved areas into the front surface of the fuel tank; the fuel tank has convex outwardly curved side surfaces in plan view; the tail lamp is symmetrical, has an inverted generally T-shape in plan view, has a housing portion, a curved transparent front surface, and an inner structure behind the transparent front surface; the housing portion extends around the perimeter of the front surface and has a convex lower edge, slightly curved sides and generally straight upper edge portions on either side of an upwardly curved central portion; the inner structure includes a large central circular section in front view; the arms and base portion of the generally T-shape tail lamp have converging edges in plan view.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of the motorcycle;Fig. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side elevation view thereof.Formal drawings of the design are included.
