Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the tail lamp for a motorcycle as shown in the drawings; the tail lamp is symmetrical, has an inverted generally T-shape in plan view, has a housing portion, a curved transparent front surface, and an inner structure behind the transparent front surface; the housing portion extends around the perimeter of the front surface and has a convex lower edge, slightly curved sides and generally straight upper edge portions on either side of an upwardly curved central portion; the inner structure includes a large central circular section in front view which presents a series of equally spaced-apart identical radially extending areas each with a pointed inner end and parallel straight sides; the upper radially extending areas extend rearwards from the periphery of the circular section along a generally parabolic-shaped transparent upper surface area of the central circular section; the arms and base portion of the generally T-shape tail lamp have converging edges in plan view; the surface of the inner structure in front view on either side of the large central circular section presents a series of generally equally spaced-apart slightly curved and generally parallel lines extending most of the height of the tail lamp.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of the tail lamp for a motorcycle;Fig. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof,Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side elevation view thereof.Formal drawings of the design are included.
