Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the features of shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern of a rear combination lamp case for a motor scooter as shown in the drawings; the rear combination lamp case for a motor scooter is symmetrical and has a housing portion, a curved transparent front surface, curved transparent side surfaces, and an inner structure behind the transparent front surface; the transparent front surface has a downwardly curved lower edge and downwards and outwards curved side edges; the transparent side surfaces each present an arrowhead-like shape in side view with generally equally spaced-apart lines extending laterally across the side surfaces; the inner structure behind the transparent front surface presents a pair of adjacent concentric circular patterns with radial spokes in front view; the housing portion extends around the perimeter of the front and side surfaces and has a scalloped V-shaped upper edge in plan view which merges through acute angled upper rear corners into forwardly bent side edges which follow the curvature of the rear edges of the arrowhead-like shapes of the side surfaces and then extend along the lower edges of the side surfaces and the curved lower edge of the front transparent surface.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of the design of a rear combination lamp case for a motor scooter;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 4 is a right side view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.Diagrams of the design are included.
