Model budynku Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia :11 grudnia 2001r Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest model budynku. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie modelu budynku. Budynek ma przeznaczenie wielofunkcyjne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia model budynku w widoku z przodu, fig.2- model budynku w widoku z tylu, fig.3- model budynku w widoku z boku, fig.4- model budynku w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.5- model budynku w widoku z góry. Model budynku wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majacy wiele kondygnacji i elewacje szklana, posiada nastepujace ce- chy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly stylizowanej na kibic kobiety, przy czym w czesci dolnej, bryla ma ksztalt stozka scietegomajacego podstawe owalna oraz wklesla od przodu sciane bocz- na, w czesci srodkowej bryla ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt walca z pofaldowana sciana boczna majaca dwie rozlegle wypuklosci usytuowane od strony przedniej, zas w czesci górnej bryla rozszczepia sie na trzy podstawy o plaskich scianach górnych, z których wypietrzaja sie trzy pary elementów konstrukcji azurowych, kazda majaca w przyblizeniu postac wielosciennego ostroslupa. W czesci srodkowej bryla posiada wybranie majace, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys prostokata, przy czym wy- branie zachodzi nieco w czesc dolna bryly, a ponadto na gór- nej powierzchni wybrania polozony jest wystep wchodzacy w swiatlo wybrania. Model budynku podzielony jest na kilka- dzesiat poziomych kondygnacji, przy czym trzy dolne kondygna- cje maja wysokosc wieksza od pozostalych kondygnacji. Szklana elewacja modelu budynku jest podzielona na wiele zarysów o ksztaltach nastepujacych figur: prostokatów, trójkatów, kwadratów i trapezów, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysun- ku, fig.l do 5. The novelty and originality of the design is reflected in the shape of the building model. The building has a multifunctional purpose. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the building model from the front, Fig. 2 - the building model from the back, Fig. 3 - the building model from the side, Fig. 4 - the building model from the other side, and Fig. 5 - the building model from the top. The model of the building, based on an industrial design, with many storeys and a glass façade, has the following significant features: it has the shape of a body stylized as a woman's fan, with the lower part having the shape of a truncated cone with an oval base and a side wall concave at the front, in the middle part the body has the shape of a cylinder with a wavy side wall having two extensive convexities situated at the front, while in the upper part the body splits into three bases with flat upper walls, from which three pairs of openwork construction elements rise, each having the shape of a polyhedral pyramid. In its central section, the solid has a recess that, in front and rear views, has a rectangular outline. The recess extends slightly into the lower part of the solid. Furthermore, the upper surface of the recess has a projection extending into the recess opening. The building model is divided into several dozen horizontal stories, with the three lower stories being higher than the remaining stories. The glass facade of the building model is divided into many outlines in the following shapes: rectangles, triangles, squares, and trapezoids, as shown in the attached drawing, figs. 1 to 5.
