Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia traktor w widoku perspektywicznym , fig.2- traktor w widoku z góry, fig.3- traktor w widoku z przodu, fig.4- traktor w widoku z boku, fig.5- traktor w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- traktor w widoku z tylu, a fig.7- traktor w widoku z dolu. Traktor obejmujacy korpus oraz dwie pary kól o zróznicowanej wielkosci wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: oslona przednia korpusu ma postac profilowanego elementu majacego w widoku z przoduzarys trapezu równoramiennego, w polu którego usytuowane sa dwa symetryczne otwory o zarysach prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami oraz ponizej tych otworów usytuowanych jest szesc równoleglych otworów o zarysach prostokatnych z zaokraglonymi narozami. Pokrywa górna korpusu ma, w widoku z góry, w przyblizeniu zarys szescioboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate, przy czym w polu tej pokrywy znajduje sie obudowa lamp, która ma w widoku z góry zarys trapezu równoramiennego, którego podstawa i ramiona sa lukowate i która ma w widoku z boku, zarys trójkata w przyblizeniu prostokatnego, którego przeciwprostokatna jest lukowata. W polu wypuklej sciany górnej obudowy lamp znajduja sie dwa symetryczne otwory o zarysie czworoboku. W polu pokrywy górnej korpusu widoczny jest równiez wystajacy ku górze wystep pionowy. Oslony boczne korpusu maja zarysy piecioboków, a w polu kazdej oslony, w poblizu krawedzi tylnej, znajduje sie obrys czworokata, którego jeden bok jest lukowaty i jeden falisty oraz obrys czworokata z jednym lukowatym bokiem, polozony w poblizu krawedzi przedniej oslony. Do korpusu traktora przylega pulpit operatora ze skosna sciana górna. Na pulpicie znajduja sie zgrupowane elementy sterujace takie jak: kierownica na trzonie oraz dwie dzwignie sterujace. Po prawej stronie pulpitu polozone sa dwa pedaly. Ponadto na platformie traktora usytuowane jest siedzisko z profilowanym oparciem, a po jego prawej stronie znajduja sie dwie dzwignie. Nadkola nad wieksza para kól tylnych wyprofilowane sa lukowato. W polu kazdego nadkola znajduja sie dwa wystepy, z których przedni, w widoku z góry, ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego, a tylny ma zarys prostokata. W czesci tylnej traktora widoczne sa dwa wysiegniki. Ponadto kola przednie osadzone sa na wysiegnikach, które w widoku z góry, maja zarysy trapezów równoramiennych. Przed oslona przednia korpusu usytuowany jest profilowany zderzak, którego sciana górna jest wypukla i podzielona na wiele podluznych obszarów, zas scianaprzednia ma na calej dlugosci wybranie, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4FIG. 5FIG. 6FIG. 7 PL PL3/ Sanjay Appa Gaigawale The design registration right is valid from: February 2003. The subject of the industrial design is a tractor. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the tractor. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the tractor in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the tractor in a top view, fig. 3 - the tractor in a front view, fig. 4 - the tractor in a side view, fig. 5 - the tractor in a second side view, fig. 6 - the tractor in a rear view, and fig. 7 - the tractor in a bottom view. The tractor, comprising a body and two pairs of wheels of varying sizes according to an industrial design, has the following essential features: the front cover of the body is in the form of a profiled element having, in a front view, the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, in the field of which are located two symmetrical rectangular openings with rounded corners, and below these openings are six parallel rectangular openings with rounded corners. The upper cover of the body has, in a top view, the outline of an approximately hexagon, three of whose sides are arcuate, with the area of this cover containing the lamp housing, which, in a top view, has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, the base and legs of which are arcuate, and which, in a side view, has the outline of an approximately right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is arcuate. The convex upper wall of the lamp housing features two symmetrical rectangular openings. A vertical projection extending upward is also visible in the upper body cover. The body's side covers are pentagonal in shape, and each cover, near the rear edge, features a quadrilateral outline, one side arched and one wavy, and a quadrilateral outline with one arched side, located near the edge of the front cover. An operator's panel with a sloping upper wall adjoins the tractor body. The panel houses grouped controls, including a steering wheel on a shaft and two control levers. Two pedals are located to the right of the panel. Furthermore, a seat with a contoured backrest is located on the tractor's platform, with two levers to its right. The wheel arches above the larger pair of rear wheels are contoured. Each wheel arch has two projections, the front of which, when viewed from above, has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, and the rear has the outline of a rectangle. Two outriggers are visible in the rear of the tractor. Furthermore, the front wheels are mounted on outriggers, which, when viewed from above, have the outline of isosceles trapezoids. In front of the front body cover, a profiled bumper is located, the upper wall of which is convex and divided into many longitudinal areas, while the front wall has a recess along its entire length, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
