Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac odkurzacza, prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia odkurzacz w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- odkurzacz w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odkurzacza w widoku z ty- lu, fig.4- odkurzacz w widoku z boku, fig.5- odkurzacz w wi- doku z drugiego boku, fig.6- odkurzacz w widoku z góry, a fig.7- odkurzacz w widoku z dolu. Odkurzacz wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, obejmujacy szescioscienny korpus o ksztaltach oplywowych, na dwóch du- zych kolach jezdnych, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wokól wypuk-lej sciany górnej korpusu przebiega obrecz, stanowiaca uchwyt, wystajaca poza sciane przednia korpusu i przechodzaca ponad kolami jezdnymi na sciane tylna korpusu, przy czym w okolicy srodka pola sciany górnej korpusu znajduje sie stozkowate wypietrzenie z otworem majacym zarys figury utwo- rzonej z kola i prostokata ulozonego na srednicy kola. W czesci tylnej sciany górnej korpusu polozony jest wypukly panel sterujacy, który w widoku z góry ma zarys owalny, a po- le tego panela podzielone jest na trzy obszary, przy czym w obszarze srodkowym znajduje sie kolisty otwór, w którym usytuowana jest galka o zarysie kolistym oraz owalne wybra- nie, zas w kazdym obszarze bocznym znajduje sie kolisty przy- cisk. Na scianie przedniej korpusu, majacej w przyblizeniu zarys litery "U", usytuowane jest wklesniecie o zarysie tra- pezu z lukowata dluzsza podstawa i zaokraglonymi narozami, a na granicy sciany przedniej i górnej korpusu znajduje sie mniejsze wklesniecie, a w nim wybranie o zarysie owalnym. Ko- la jezdne polozone w tylnej czesci scian bocznych maja wyso- kosc równa w przyblizeniu 3/4 wysokosci korpusu. Ponadto sciana górna korpusu lukowato przechodzi w sciane tylna kor- pusu, a w obszarze tego przejscia znajduje sie panel filtra, którego krawedzie w widoku z boku i z tylu maja zarysy luko- wate i który obejmuje w srodku polozony ruszt z równolegle ulozonych zeber. Na scianie tylnej korpusu w poblizu jednego z kól znajduje sie owalny otwór, zas sciana dolna korpusu przebiega skosnie ku tylowi. The essence of the design is a new form of the vacuum cleaner, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the vacuum cleaner in a perspective view from above, from the front, and from the side, Fig. 2 - the vacuum cleaner in a front view, Fig. 3 - the vacuum cleaner in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the vacuum cleaner in a side view, Fig. 5 - the vacuum cleaner in a view from the other side, Fig. 6 - the vacuum cleaner in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the vacuum cleaner in a bottom view. A vacuum cleaner according to the ornamental pattern, comprising a hexahedral body of streamlined shape, on two large wheels, is characterized in that a rim runs around the convex upper wall of the body, constituting a handle, protruding beyond the front wall of the body and passing over the wheels onto the rear wall of the body, and in the vicinity of the center of the upper wall of the body there is a conical elevation with an opening having the outline of a figure made of a circle and a rectangle placed on the diameter of the circle. The rear upper wall of the body features a convex control panel, which, when viewed from above, has an oval outline. This panel is divided into three areas: the central area has a circular opening containing a circular knob and an oval recess, while each side area has a circular button. The front wall of the body, roughly in the shape of the letter "U," has a trapezoidal recess with an arcuate longer base and rounded corners. At the boundary between the front and upper walls of the body, there is a smaller recess containing an oval recess. The wheels, located in the rear part of the side walls, have a height of approximately three-quarters of the body height. Furthermore, the upper wall of the body arches into the rear wall of the body, and in the area of this arch is a filter panel, the edges of which, from the side and rear views, have arcuate contours and which encloses a centrally located grate with parallel ribs. An oval opening is located on the rear wall of the body near one of the wheels, while the lower wall of the body runs diagonally towards the rear.
