Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie zderzaka pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia zderzak pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z góry, fig.5- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z dolu, fig.6- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z boku, a fig.7- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z drugiego boku. Zderzak pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy segment centralny oraz dwa segmenty narozne, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment centralny ma prostoliniowa krawedz dolna oraz lukowato profilowana krawedz górna, której lukowaty zarys jest kontynuowany przez lukowate zarysy krawedzi obu segmentów naroznych, które to krawedzie w dalszej czesci sa prostoliniowe i maja wybranie w ksztalcie litery „V". W polu sciany przedniej kazdego segmentu naroznego, pod wybraniem o zarysie „V", znajduje sie para kolistych otworów. Posrodku sciany przedniej segmentu centralnego zderzaka widoczne jest wglebienie o zarysie prostokatnym. Ponadto, od strony tylnej zderzaka widoczny jest wystep wzdluzny z krawedzia profilowana, która to krawedz, w widoku z góry i z dolu,ma odsadzenia tworzace dwa zarysy trójkatne oraz dwa zarysy zlozone. Kazdy zarys zlozony obejmuje polaczone ksztalty dwóch trapezów prostokatnych, dwóch liter,,U" i jednego, srodkowego prostokata, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle bumper. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the vehicle bumper. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a vehicle bumper in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - a front view of the vehicle bumper, Fig. 3 - a rear view of the vehicle bumper, Fig. 4 - a top view of the vehicle bumper, Fig. 5 - a bottom view of the vehicle bumper, Fig. 6 - a side view of the vehicle bumper, and Fig. 7 - a side view of the vehicle bumper. The vehicle bumper according to the industrial design, comprising a central segment and two corner segments, has the following essential features: the central segment has a rectilinear lower edge and an arcuately profiled upper edge, the arcuate outline of which is continued by the arcuate outlines of the edges of both corner segments, which are further rectilinear and have a "V"-shaped recess. In the area of the front wall of each corner segment, under the "V" recess, there is a pair of circular holes. In the middle of the front wall of the central bumper segment, there is a rectangular recess. Furthermore, on the rear side of the bumper, there is a longitudinal projection with a profiled edge, which edge, in the top and bottom view, has offsets forming two triangular outlines and two complex outlines. Each complex outline includes the combined shapes of two rectangular trapezoids, two letters "U" and one central rectangle, as shown in the attached drawing, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
