D3175/JPL Urzadzenie filtrujace Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie filtrujace, przeznaczone do filtrowania wody pitnej. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu urzadzenia filtrujacego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie filtrujace w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 urzadzenie w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 urzadzenie w widoku z boku, fig. 5 urzadzenie w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 6 urzadzenie w widoku z góry, a fig. 7 urzadzenie w widoku z dolu. Urzadzenie filtrujace wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace komore górna, wskaznik kontrolny, wklad filtrujacy oraz komore dolna na trzech cylindrycznych nózkach, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: komora dolna ma postac bryly o podstawie pólowalnej, przy czym sciana przednia bryly jest lekko wypukla, a w jej obszarze widoczna jest czworoboczna, zachodzaca na lewy bok komory nakladka, w ksztalcie figury, w której dwa boki sa lukowate. Wzdluz prawego lukowatego boku znajduja sie trzy koliste zarysy, natomiast w kacie pomiedzyprawym i dolnym lukowatym bokiem znajduje sie wystajacy ku przodowi element zlozony z przenikajacych sie bryl walcowych oraz z wystepu z lukowato profilowana czescia górna. Na zaokraglonej lewej krawedzi czworobocznej nakladki sciany przedniej widoczne sa trzy owalne pola. We wnetrzu komory dolnej widoczny jest wklad filtrujacy majacy postac cylindra, na górnej scianie którego znajduja sie polaczone ze soba wystepy, na szczycie których umieszczony jest cylindryczny wystep. Nad dolna komora usytuowana jest komora górna, która ma ksztalt bryly o podstawie dolnej dopasowanej do ksztaltu sciany górnej komory dolnej, przy czym na okolo jednej trzeciej wysokosci komory górnej znajduje sie pozioma linia. Z lewego i prawego boku oraz z tylu urzadzenia, od tej poziomej linii odchodza podluzne prostokatne wystepy, zachodzace na odpowiednio boczna lub tylna sciane dolnej komory urzadzenia, przy czym w polu kazdego z tych wystepów znajduje sie plytkie wklesniecie o ksztalcie pólelipsy. Górna sciana komory górnej jest wypukla w czesci srodkowej i opada ku krawedziom bocznym, przy czym w polu tej sciany znajduje sie przezroczysty owalny zarys w swietle, którego znajduje sie niski okragly wystep, w którego polu usytuowany jest lukowato zaokraglony wystep. Na lekko wypuklej scianie przedniej komory górnej znajduje sie wskaznik kontrolny urzadzenia filtrujacego, który ma postac plytki, której krawedz ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys w przyblizeniu pólelipsy, przy czym przednia powierzchnia plytki jest podzielona przez krawedz majaca zarys linii lukowatej, która stanowi przedluzenie lukowatego boku czworobocznej nakladki sciany przedniej komory dolnej urzadzenia. Ponadto w lewej, czesci wskaznika kontrolnego znajduja sie trzy male okragle i jedno owalne wybrania. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the filter device. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the filter device in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the device in a front view, Fig. 3 the device in a rear view, Fig. 4 the device in a side view, Fig. 5 the device in a second side view, Fig. 6 the device in a top view, and Fig. 7 the device in a bottom view. The industrial-style filter device, comprising an upper chamber, a control indicator, a filter cartridge, and a lower chamber on three cylindrical legs, has the following key features: the lower chamber has a semi-oval base, with a slightly convex front wall, and a visible quadrilateral overlay, overlapping the left side of the chamber. Two arc-shaped sides overlap. Along the right arc-shaped side are three circular contours, while in the angle between the right and lower arc-shaped sides is a forward-projecting element composed of intersecting cylindrical bodies and a protrusion with an arc-shaped upper section. Three oval fields are visible on the rounded left edge of the quadrilateral front wall overlay. Inside the lower chamber, a filter cartridge is visible, shaped like a cylinder. Its upper wall is decorated with interconnected protrusions, topped by a cylindrical protrusion. Above the lower chamber is the upper chamber, which is shaped like a block with a lower base that matches the shape of the upper wall of the lower chamber. A horizontal line runs approximately one-third of the way up the upper chamber. From the left and right sides, as well as at the rear of the device, elongated rectangular protrusions extend from this horizontal line, overlapping the side or rear wall of the lower chamber, respectively. Each protrusion has a shallow, semi-ellipse-shaped depression within its area. The upper wall of the upper chamber is convex in its central section and slopes towards the lateral edges, with the area of this wall having a transparent oval outline in the lumen, which has a low circular protrusion, within the area of which is a rounded arc-shaped protrusion. On the slightly convex front wall of the upper chamber is a control indicator of the filtering device, which has the form of a plate, the edge of which, in a front view, has the outline of an approximately semi-ellipse, the front surface of the plate being divided by an edge having the outline of an arc-shaped line, which is an extension of the arc-shaped side of the quadrilateral cover of the front wall of the lower chamber of the device. Furthermore, in the left part of the control indicator, there are three small circular and one oval recesses.
