Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie segmentu centralnego zderzaka pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.3- segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z tylu, fig.4- segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z góry, fig.5- segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z dolu, fig.6- segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z boku, a fig.7- segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z drugiej strony. Segment centralny zderzaka pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: krawedz dolna ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys prostoliniowy, zas krawedz górna jest wywyzszona w czesci srodkowej i obnizona w czesciach bocznych. Posrodku sciany przedniej segmentu centralnego widoczne jest wglebienie o zarysie prostokatnym. Przy obnizonych powierzchniach górnych segmentu centralnego zderzaka pojazdu usytuowane sa dwie scianki tylne, których krawedzie górne maja zarysy liniilamanych i w polu, których widoczne sa dwie pary kolistych otworów. Przy krawedzi dolnej segmentu znajduja sie dwa wglebienia, z których kazde ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys pólowalu. Ponadto, na stronie tylnej segmentu widoczne sa dwie wzdluzne krawedzie. W widoku segmentu, z góry i z dolu, widoczne sa dwa wystepy majace zarysy trójkatne oraz dwa wystepy, których krawedzie maja wyciecie o zarysie bedacym polaczeniem dwóch liter „U", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is the central segment of a vehicle bumper. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the central segment of the vehicle bumper. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the central segment of the vehicle bumper in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the central segment of the vehicle bumper in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the central segment of the vehicle bumper in a rear view, Fig. 4 shows the central segment of the vehicle bumper in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the central segment of the vehicle bumper in a bottom view, Fig. 6 shows the central segment of the vehicle bumper in a side view, and Fig. 7 shows the central segment of the vehicle bumper in a side view. The central segment of the vehicle bumper, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: the lower edge has a rectilinear outline in the front view, while the upper edge is raised in the middle and lowered in the lateral sections. In the center of the front wall of the central segment, a rectangular recess is visible. At the lowered upper surfaces of the central segment of the vehicle bumper, two rear walls are located, the upper edges of which have broken line outlines and in the field, two pairs of circular holes are visible. At the lower edge of the segment, there are two recesses, each of which, in a front view, has a semi-oval outline. In addition, two longitudinal edges are visible on the rear side of the segment. In the top and bottom views of the segment, two projections with triangular outlines are visible, and two projections whose edges have a cutout with an outline that is a combination of two "U" letters are visible, as shown in the attached drawings, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
