Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wkladka do opakowania. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie wkladki do opakowania. Wkladka do opakowania przeznaczona jest do umieszczania reklamowych informacji promocyjnych przez producenta lub sprzedawce towaru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia wkladke do opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- wkladke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- wkladke w widoku z boku, fig.4- wkladke w widoku z góry, fig.5- wkladke w widoku z tylu, fig.6- wkladke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- wkladke w widoku z dolu, a fig.8- wkladke w postaci szablonu. Wkladka do opakowania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac szablonu, którego zarys stanowi w przyblizeniu polaczenie trzech figur: czworoboku, którego jeden bok jest falisty, prostokata o najwiekszym polu powierzchni i wycinka owalu, przy czym równolegle do dluzszych boków prostokata przebiegaja linie zagiecia szablonu. W czesci dolnej wkladki widoczna jest wypukla sciana przednia, której krawedz górna przebiega lukowato i której wysokosc obniza sie w kierunku od lewej strony ku prawej stronie. Zawypukla sciana przednia usytuowana jest sciana tylna majaca górna krawedz o zarysie pólowalnym, przy czym pod ta krawedzia górna znajduja sie dwa wyciecia, wieksze majace zarys pólowalny oraz mniejsze majace zarys w przyblizeniu szescioboku, z trzema lukowatymi bokami. Ponizej pólowalnego wyciecia sciana tylna wybrzusza sie ku tylowi. Ponadto przy prawej, pionowej krawedzi wkladki znajduje sie wyciecie o zarysie linii lamanej, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.8.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7FIG.8 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a packaging insert. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the packaging insert. The packaging insert is intended for the manufacturer or seller of goods to display advertising and promotional information. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging insert in perspective views from above, from the front, and from the side; Fig. 2 shows the insert from the front; Fig. 3 shows the insert from the side; Fig. 4 shows the insert from above; Fig. 5 shows the insert from the back; Fig. 6 shows the insert from the other side; Fig. 7 shows the insert from the bottom; and Fig. 8 shows the insert in template form. The packaging insert, based on an industrial design, has the following significant features: it is a template whose outline is roughly a combination of three shapes: a quadrilateral with one wavy side, a rectangle with the largest surface area, and a segment of an oval, with the template's fold lines running parallel to the longer sides of the rectangle. The lower part of the insert features a convex front wall, the upper edge of which is arcuate and whose height decreases from left to right. The convex front wall is flanked by a rear wall with a semi-oval upper edge. Below this upper edge are two cutouts: a larger semi-oval shape and a smaller, roughly hexagonal shape with three arcuate sides. Below the semi-oval cutout, the rear wall bulges outward.
