Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odkurzacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia odkurzacz w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2-odkurzacz w widoku z góry, fig.3-odkurzacz w widoku z przodu, fig.4-odkurzacz w widokuz boku, fig.5-odkurzacz w widoku z drugiego boku a fig.6- odkurzacz w widoku z tylu. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the vacuum cleaner. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the vacuum cleaner in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the vacuum cleaner in a top view, fig. 3 - the vacuum cleaner in a front view, fig. 4 - the vacuum cleaner in a side view, fig. 5 - the vacuum cleaner in a second side view, and fig. 6 - the vacuum cleaner in a back view. An industrial design vacuum cleaner comprising working elements enclosed in a wheeled housing, wherein the upper part of the housing is in the form of a profiled bowl with a recessed handle at the front, mounted on the lower part of the housing in the form of a chassis with an outline corresponding to the outline of the upper part of the housing, supported by two large rear wheels and a single small front auxiliary wheel, has the following essential features: the profiled bowl of the housing, in a top view, has a shape similar to an isosceles trapezoid with an arcuate outline of the upper edge, with a symmetrically widened arcuate side outline of the lower part of the bowl covering the rear wheels and with a symmetrically recessed rear wall of the bowl on both sides, wherein the bowl, in a top view, is divided by a symmetrical broken line into two segments, upper and lower, and is highlighted within the circumferential outline, running along both sides and along the divided edge of the bowl, wherein in the upper segment of the bowl there is a visible field surrounded by a closed line, forming the shape of an inverted isosceles trapezoid, bounded from the top by a broken line that is alternately arcuate, circular and arcuate, while in the lower segment there is a recessed field with a round button, and the gripping handle of the housing in the front view is covered from above by a curved arched roof, while in the view from both sides the upper bowl of the housing has the shape of an elongated quadrangle inclined forward with an arc-rounded front upper corner and rear side and with an oblique undercut of the rear lower corner situated above the wheel, while in the rear view the upper bowl of the housing has the shape of a rectangle with rounded upper corners, surrounded from above by a symmetrical protrusion reaching above the wheels rear, and below this projection there are two symmetrically arranged sets of azure with three parallel, horizontal rows of holes, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-6.
