Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac czajnika elek- trycznego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia czajnik elek- tryczny w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z tylu i z góry, fig.2- czajnik widoku z przodu, fig:3- czajnik w widoku z ty- lu, fig.4- czajnik w widoku z boku, fig.5- czajnik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- czajnik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- czajnik w widoku z dolu. Czajnik elektryczny wedlug wzoru, obejmujacy pod-stawe na trzech pólkulistych nózkach, korpus z kolista przy- krywka i z raczka, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze podstawa ma ksztalt stozka scietego, a korpus ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego sciana boczna zakrzywia sie lukowato przy podstawie. Na wypuklosci korpusu, od strony przedniej, usytuowany jest dzióbek majacy, w widoku z przodu, zarys paraboli, a w widoku z boku zarys trójkata, którego dwa boki za lukowate. Od stro- ny tylnej korpusu usytuowana jest raczka majaca dwa ramiona, z których jedno przylega do sciany korpusu, a jego lukowate zakonczenie wchodzi w pole sciany bocznej podstawy. Drugie ramie raczki tworzy z pierwszym ramieniem kat ostry i ma, w widoku z tylu i w widoku z góry, zarys w przyblizeniu tra- pezu równoramiennego, przy czym w polu drugiego ramienia raczki znajduje sie otwór o zarysie prostokata z lukowatymi narozami, w którym to otworze polozony jest wypukly wystep. Kolista przykrywka ma posrodku uchwyt, którego zarys: w wido- ku z góry jest owalny, w widoku z boku jest pólowalny, a w widoku z przodu i z tylu jest pólkolisty. Ponadto, wysokosc podstawy czajnika stanowi 1/5 wysokosci korpusu czajnika. PL PLElectric Kettle The design registration right lasts from: 21 June 1999 Priority: 22 December 1998 (WIPO) The subject of the ornamental design is an electric kettle. The essence of the design is a new form of an electric kettle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the electric kettle in a perspective view from the side, back, and top, fig. 2 - the kettle from the front, fig. 3 - the kettle in the back view, fig. 4 - the kettle in a side view, fig. 5 - the kettle in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the kettle in a top view, and fig. 7 - the kettle in a bottom view. An electric kettle, according to the design, comprising a base on three hemispherical legs, a body with a circular lid, and a handle, is characterized by a truncated cone-shaped base, and a truncated cone-shaped body with a side wall that curves into an arc at the base. Located on the convex front of the body is a spout that, in front view, has the outline of a parabola, and in side view, the outline of a triangle, two of whose sides are arcuate. Located on the rear of the body is a handle with two arms, one of which adheres to the body wall, and its arcuate tip engages the side wall of the base. The second arm of the handle forms an acute angle with the first arm and, in both the rear and top views, has an outline roughly resembling an isosceles trapezoid. The second arm of the handle has a rectangular opening with arcuate corners, in which a convex protrusion is located. The circular lid has a handle in the center, the outline of which is: oval in the top view, semi-oval in the side view, and semicircular in the front and back views. Furthermore, the height of the kettle's base is 1/5 of the height of the kettle's body.
