Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmio- tu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pokrywy. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidocznio- ny na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pokrywe w rzucie perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pokrywe w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - pokrywe w widoku z przodu, a fig. 4 - pokrywe w widoku z boku. Pokrywa spluczki wedlug wzoru stanowi jedno- lity element wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego majacy w widoku z góry zarys prostokatny o zaokraglonych na- rozach o W srodkowej czesci powierzchni górnej pokrywy znajdu- je sie gniazdoow widoku z przodu, jak pokazano na fig. 3 , powierz- chnia górna pokrywy jest wypukla i przechodzi po obu stronach bocznych zaokragleniami w nachylone boki za- konczone plaskimi pobocznicami. W widoku z boku, co zostalo przedstawione na fig. 4, powierzchnia górna pokrywy przechodzi zaokragle- niami w plaskie pobocznice. Zaokreglenie w czesci przedniej ulega zwiekszeniu od stron bocznych w kie- runku czesci srodkowej pokrywy, gdzie jest najwieksze, co zostalo pokazane na fig. 1 i fig. 2 c Plaska pobocznica polozona w czesci przedniej pokry- wy jest usytuowana ponizej krawedzi plaskiej pobocz- nicy znajdujacej sie w czesci tylnej pokrywy , przy czym pobocznica przedniej czesci przechodzi po obu stronach bocznych scieciami w pobocznice tylnej czes- ci . The essence of the design is the new form of the object manifested in the shape of the cover. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cover in perspective view, Fig. 2 - the cover in top view, Fig. 3 - the cover in front view, and Fig. 4 - the cover in side view. The cistern cover, according to the design, is a uniform element made of plastic, having a rectangular outline with rounded corners in a top view. In the central part of the upper surface of the cover, there is a socket. In the front view, as shown in Fig. 3, the upper surface of the cover is convex and on both sides, roundings transition into sloping sides ending in flat side surfaces. In the side view, as shown in Fig. 4, the upper surface of the cover transitions into roundings into flat side surfaces. The rounding in the front part increases from the sides towards the central part of the cover, where it is the greatest, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2c. The flat sidewall located in the front part of the cover is located below the edge of the flat sidewall located in the rear part of the cover, and the sidewall of the front part passes on both sides with cuts into the sidewalls of the rear part.
