Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 26 stycznia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i w barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - pojemnik w widoku od dolu. Pojemnik ma ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonego walca ukosnie scietego w kierunku lewej scianki, o podstawie owalu. Na górnej skosnejsciance, w najwyzszym punkcie pojemnika, umieszczona jest szyjka z otworem wylewowym. Od podstawy przedniej scianki przez mniej niz jedna trzecia wysokosci lewej scianki pojemnika do podstawy tylnej scianki pojemnik ma wyciecie, które w widoku z przodu, z tylu i z boku tworzy pietke. Podstawa kanistra ma zaokraglenia, wciecia i wybrania. Górna skosna scianka pojemnika jest wypukla i ma równolegle, poprzeczne rowki, zas prawa scianka pojemnika ma równolegle, lukowate wglebienia skierowane koncami ku górze. Przednia i tylna scianka pojemnika, w lustrzanym odbiciu, ma wystajaca, plaska powierzchnie w ksztalcie czworokata wypuklego, której jedna krawedz jest równolegla do krawedzi lewej sciany pojemnika, druga do górnej skosnej sciany pojemnika, a trzecia do podstawy pojemnika. The container has a shape similar to a flattened cylinder, obliquely cut towards the left wall, with an oval base. On the upper oblique wall, at the highest point of the container, is a neck with a pouring opening. From the base of the front wall, extending less than one-third of the height of the left wall of the container to the base of the rear wall, the container has a cutout that forms a heel when viewed from the front, back, and side. The base of the canister has roundings, indentations, and recesses. The upper, sloping wall of the container is convex and has parallel, transverse grooves, while the right wall of the container has parallel, arc-shaped recesses with their ends pointing upward. The front and rear walls of the container, mirror-imaged, have a protruding, flat surface in the shape of a convex quadrangle, one edge of which is parallel to the edge of the left wall of the container, the other to the upper, sloping wall of the container, and the third to the base of the container. The container is available in any color.
