Kanister Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 26 stycznia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kanister. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac kanistra przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i w barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia kanister w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - kanister w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 3 - kanister w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 4 - kanister w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - kanister w widoku od dolu. Kanister jest bryla o ksztalcie zblizonym do splaszczonego walca ukosnie scietego w kierunku prawej scianki, o podstawie owalu. Na górnejskosnej sciance o ksztalcie zblizonym do owalu jednostronnie splaszczonego, na szerszej stronie, umieszczona jest szyjka z otworem wylewowym. Ponizej górnej skosnej scianki, scianki bryly sa ukosnie sciete w kierunku prawej scianki. Od podstawy przedniej scianki przez mniej niz jedna trzecia wysokosci lewej scianki kanistra do podstawy tylnej scianki, kanister ma wyciecie, które w widoku z przodu, z tylu i z boku tworzy pietke. Lewa scianka powyzej pietki zweza sie i lukowato wygieta jest w kierunku szyjki wylewowej i polaczona jest z górna skosna scianka kanistra. Nad pietka z przodu i z tylu kanistra, w lustrzanym odbiciu, znajduje sie wybranie o obrysie zblizonym do trójkata, którego dwie mniejsze powierzchnie sa wklesle, natomiast trzecia powierzchnia o ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach jest wypukla i przy najdluzszym boku zakonczona jest wystepem. Podstawa kanistra ma zaokraglenia, wciecia i wybrania. Scianka prawa ma lukowate wglebienia równolegle do sciecia scian znajdujacego sie ponizej górnej skosnej sciany. Na wypuklej, trójkatnej sciance wybrania usytuowane sa poprzeczne rowki tworzace powierzchnie falista. Przednia i tylna scianka kanistra, w lustrzanym odbiciu, ma wystajaca, plaska powierzchnie w ksztalcie czworokata wypuklego, której dwie krawedzie sa przedluzeniami lukowato wygietych krawedzi wybrania, przy czym jedna z nich jest równolegla do lewej scianki kanistra, a dwie pozostale krawedzie sa równolegle, jedna do najdluzszej krawedzi wybrania, a druga do podstawy kanistra. Kanister jest w dowolnym kolorze. PL PLThe design registration right is valid from January 26, 2000. The design is a canister. The essence of the design is a new form of the canister, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color. The design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the canister from the front, Fig. 2 - from the left side, Fig. 3 - from the right side, Fig. 4 - from the top, Fig. 5 - from the bottom. The canister is a solid shape similar to a flattened cylinder, obliquely cut towards the right wall, with an oval base. On the upper, oblique wall, similar to an oval, flattened on one side, a neck with a pouring opening is placed on the wider side. Below the upper oblique wall, the walls of the solid are diagonally cut towards the right wall. From the base of the front wall, less than one-third of the height of the left wall of the canister, to the base of the rear wall, the canister has a recess, which in front, rear, and side views forms a heel. The left wall above the heel narrows and arches towards the spout and is connected to the upper oblique wall of the canister. Above the heel, at the front and rear of the canister, in a mirror image, is a recess with an outline similar to a triangle, the two smaller surfaces of which are concave, while the third surface, similar to a triangle with rounded corners, is convex and terminates in a protrusion at the longest side. The base of the canister has roundings, notches, and recesses. The right wall has arched recesses parallel to the wall chamfer located below the upper, sloping wall. The convex, triangular wall of the recess has transverse grooves creating a corrugated surface. The front and rear walls of the canister, mirror-imaged, have a protruding, flat surface in the shape of a convex quadrangle, two edges of which are extensions of the arched edges of the recess, with one parallel to the left wall of the canister, and the other two parallel, one to the longest edge of the recess and the other to the base of the canister. The canister is available in any color.
