Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia wkladke do obuwia w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- wkladke w widoku z góry, fig.3- wkladke w widoku z dolu, fig.4- wkladke w widoku z bo- ku, fig.5- wkladke w widoku z przodu, a fig.6- wkladke w wi- doku z tylu.Wkladka do obuwia wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, po- siada nastepujace cechy istotne: obejmuje plytke oraz wypukla nakladke, przy czym plytka ma, w widoku z góry i z dolu, ksztalt figury obejmujacej kolejno od tylu: pólkole, trapez równoramienny o wysokosci wiekszej od promienia pólkola, dru- gi trapez równoramienny o wysokosci mniejszej od promienia pólkola, trzeci trapez równoramienny o wysokosci nieco wiek- szej od wysokosci drugiego trapezu oraz pólkole o mniejszym promieniu niz pierwsze pólkole. Wypukla nakladka usytuowana jest na stronie górnej plytki i ma, w widoku z góry, zarys figury obejmujacej kolejno: pólkole, trapez równoramienny i drugi trapez równoramienny o mniejszej wysokosci. The novelty and originality of the design is reflected in the shape of the shoe insole. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the insole in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the insole in a top view, Fig. 3 - the insole in a bottom view, Fig. 4 - the insole in a side view, Fig. 5 - the insole in a front view, and Fig. 6 - the insole in a back view. The insole for footwear according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it comprises a plate and a convex overlay, wherein the plate has, in top and bottom views, the shape of a figure comprising, from the back, respectively: a semicircle, an isosceles trapezoid with a height greater than the radius of the semicircle, a second isosceles trapezoid with a height smaller than the radius of the semicircle, a third isosceles trapezoid with a height slightly greater than the height of the second trapezoid, and a semicircle with a radius smaller than the first semicircle. The convex overlay is located on the upper side of the plate and has, in a top view, the outline of a figure comprising, in turn: a semicircle, an isosceles trapezoid, and a second isosceles trapezoid of smaller height. In a side view, the overlay has the outline of a wavy line, and in front and back views, it has an arcuate outline, as shown in the attached drawings, figs. 1 to 6.
