Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac miksera, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia mikser w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- mikser w widoku z przodu, fig.3- mikser w widoku z tylu, fig.4- mikser w widoku z boku, fig.5- mikser w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- mikser w wido- ku z góry, a fig.7- mikser w widoku z dolu. Mikser wedlug wzoru, obejmujacy trzysegmentowy uchwyt oraz trzysegmentowa czesc robocza, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze uchwyt ma ksztalt walca z wypukla sciana boczna, naktórej znajduje sie wklesniecie rozciagajace sie na stronach bocznych i stronie tylnej sciany i wklesniecie ograniczone jest linia majaca, w widoku z boku, zarys pólowalu. Na pozio- mej linii podzialowej pomiedzy pierwszym i drugim segmentem uchwytu znajduje sie przycisk o zarysie owalnym. Na plaskiej scianie górnej pierwszego segmentu znajduje sie wypukly wy- step majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys trójkata o lukowatych bo- kach i zaokraglonych dwóch narozach. Na stronie tylnej uchwy- tu, na linii podzialowej pomiedzy pierwszym i trzecim segmen- tem, znajduje sie wypukly wystep o zarysie owalnym. Czesc robocza obejmuje górny segment w ksztalcie stozka scietego, srodkowy segment w ksztalcie walca i dolny segment w ksztal- cie wydrazonej pólczaszy kulistej, przy czym krawedz dolna pólczaszy jest falista, a na powierzchni pólczaszy znajduje sie piec wybran o zarysach trójkata z zaokraglonymi narozami i lukowatymi bokami. Ponadto w osi czaszy usytuowany jest nóz roboczy, na którym znajduje sie nakladka o zarysie szescioka- ta. The essence of the design is a new form of the mixer, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the mixer in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the mixer in a front view, fig. 3 - the mixer in a back view, fig. 4 - the mixer in a side view, fig. 5 - the mixer in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the mixer in a top view, and fig. 7 - the mixer in a bottom view. A mixer according to the design, comprising a three-segment handle and a three-segment working part, is characterized in that the handle is cylindrical in shape with a convex side wall, which has a concavity extending along the sides and the rear wall, and the concavity is bounded by a line having, in a side view, a semi-oval outline. On the horizontal dividing line between the first and second segments of the handle, there is an oval-shaped button. On the flat upper wall of the first segment, there is a convex protrusion having, in a top view, the outline of a triangle with arcuate sides and two rounded corners. On the rear side of the handle, on the dividing line between the first and third segments, there is a convex protrusion with an oval outline. The working part includes an upper segment in the shape of a truncated cone, a middle segment in the shape of a cylinder, and a lower segment in the shape of a hollow spherical half-bowl, wherein the lower edge of the half-bowl is wavy, and on the surface of the half-bowl there are five selected triangular shapes with rounded corners and arcuate sides.
