Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 13.10.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych srodków sanitarnych, higienicznych, chemii gospodarczej oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu i z boku, fig.4 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu z nakretka, fig. 5 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu z dozownikiem, a fig.6 przedstawia pojemnik z dozownikiem w widoku z baku. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, majacy korpn§ i nakretke charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac plaskiej butelki o jednakowo uksztaltowanych, pa wzaje m równoleglych, lekko wybrzuszonych powierzchniach czolowej i tylnej oraz prosty (^powierzchniac h bocznych, zaokraglonych w czesci górnej i dolnej lukami, a takze dno zblizoneksztaltem do prostokata, w które to dno wpisana jest bryla, przypominajaca ksztaltem stozek, z wierzcholkiem zwróconym ku srodkowi pojemnika, wzdluz osi szyjki butelki, a dluzsze boki tego prostokata sa lukami wygietymi na zewnatrz. Na powierzchniach bocznych pojemnika znajduja sie pionowe, nieckowate zaglebienia, obejmujace okolo 3/4 powierzchni bocznej pojemnika i maja ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. Powierzchnie scian czolowej i tylnej sa ograniczone od góry i od dolu, nawzajem równoleglymi wypuklosciami, które z boku wnikaja w sciany boczne pojemnika. Na szyjce pojemnik ma dwukolorowa zakretke w ksztalcie przypominajacym grzybka, z lekko wypukla górna powierzchnia Inny wzór pojemnika posiada na szyjce dozownik plynu w ksztalcie walca, u góry którego, nad pierscieniem, o srednicy mniejszej niz srednica walca, znajduje sie dysza w ksztalcie walca przechodzacego w plaska, usytuowana do niej pod katem prostym powierzchnie o ksztalcie zblizonym do lezki w widoku z góry. Nieckowate zaglebienia w scianach bocznych daja pewnosc w trzymaniu pojemnika podczas jego przenoszenia lub oprózniania. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The container according to the ornamental pattern, having a body and a cap, is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a flat bottle with identically shaped, mutually parallel, slightly bulging front and rear surfaces and straight (^) side surfaces, rounded in the upper and lower parts by arcs, as well as a bottom similar to a rectangle, in which a solid resembling a cone is inscribed, with the apex turned towards the center of the container, along the axis of the bottle neck, and the longer sides of this rectangle are arcs bent outwards. On the side surfaces of the container there are vertical, trough-like recesses, covering about 3/4 of the side surface of the container and have a shape similar to an ellipse. The surfaces of the front and rear walls are limited from the top and from the bottom by At the bottom, mutually parallel protrusions penetrate the side walls of the container. The container has a two-color mushroom-shaped cap on the neck, with a slightly convex upper surface. Another container design has a cylindrical fluid dispenser on the neck. At the top of the dispenser, above a ring with a diameter smaller than the cylinder, is a cylindrical nozzle that transitions into a flat surface, positioned at right angles to it, shaped like a teardrop when viewed from above. The trough-shaped recesses in the side walls provide a secure grip when carrying or emptying the container.
