Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z rozpylaczem, zwlaszcza do srodków czyszczacych. Indywidualny charakter postaci wytworu przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Znane sa butelki z rozpylaczem o róznorodnych ksztaltach. Na przyklad, z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 13669 znana jest butelka z rozpylaczem posiadajaca korpus w ksztalcie wieloscianu o dolnej podstawie w ksztalcie plaskodennej lódki tworzacej przy podstawie otok. Sciany boczne korpusu znanej butelki, w widoku z boku, lekko zbiegaja sie ku sobie w czesci górnej w kierunku nakretki. Sciany boczne nad otokiem maja dwa ukosne, równolegle wglebienia. Nakretka znanej butelki ma ksztalt graniastoslupa z lekko wkleslymi scianami. Na górnej powierzchni nakretki znajduje sie rozpylacz, który w widoku z boku ma ksztalt nieregularnego wielokata, przy czym z jednego dolnego boku tego wielokata przestaje podluzny lukowaty spust o ksztalcie zakrzywionego kla, zas odprzedniego boku wielokata odchodzi zblizona do prostopadloscianu koncówka rozpylacza. Przedmiot, wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke z rozpylaczem w widoku od czola, fig.2 - butelke z rozpylaczem w widoku od lewego boku, fig. 3 - butelke z rozpylaczem w widoku od prawego boku i fig.4 - korpus butelki w widoku od spodu. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma czteroscienny korpus przechodzacy, w górnej czesci, w szyjke z nakretka zaopatrzona w rozpylacz (fig. 1,2). Korpus butelki wedlug wzoru ma dno o ksztalcie elipsy, której male luki zastapiono odcinkami o ksztalcie splaszczonej litery C (fig.3). Od eliptycznego dna butelki wedlug wzoru wznosza sie „ku górze" cztery sciany korpusu: dwie szersze - czolowa i tylna stanowiace wzajemnie swoje lustrzane odbicie i dwie wezsze boczne sciany, które w widoku od czola (fig.l) maja, odpowiednio, ksztalt odwróconej litery C i litery C, przy czym prawa wezsza boczna sciana wraz ze sciana boczna szyjki ma ksztalt okolo dwukrotnie wiekszej litery C w porównaniu z odpowiadajaca je j lewa wezsza sciana boczna korpusu. Górna czesc lewej, wezszej sciany bocznej korpusu butelki wedlug wzoru, w widoku od czola, usytuowana jest ukosnie zarówno w stosunku do dna korpusu, jak i do szyjki butelki, przechodzac na wysokosci szyjki w lamana linie o ksztalcie podwójnej cyfiy 3 biegnaca „ku górze", niemal równolegle do górnego odcinka przeciwleglej bocznej sciany szyjki butelki wedlug wzoru. Butelka wedlug wzoru zamknieta jest od góry nakretka z rozpylaczem, przy czym w handlu znajdowac sie bedzie, równiez, butelka - zapas bez rozpylacza. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Korpus butelki ma dno o ksztalcie elipsy, * której male luki zastapiono odcinkami ksztalcie splaszczonej litery C. Od eliptycznego dna wznosza sie „ku górze" dwie szersze sciany korpusu czolowa i tylna stanowiace swoje lustrzaneodbicie i dwie, wezsze boczne sciany o ksztalcie, odpowiednio, odwróconej litery C i liteiy C, przy czym prawa wezsza boczna sciana wraz ze sciana boczna szyjki ma ksztalt dwukrotnie wiekszej liteiy C. The individual character of the product's form is reflected in the bottle's shape. Spray bottles of various shapes are known. For example, the description of ornamental design no. 13669 describes a spray bottle with a polyhedron-shaped body with a lower base in the shape of a flat-bottomed boat, forming a rim at the base. The side walls of the body of the known bottle, viewed from the side, converge slightly towards each other in the upper part towards the cap. The side walls above the rim have two oblique, parallel recesses. The cap of the known bottle is prism-shaped with slightly concave walls. On the upper surface of the cap is a spray nozzle, which, when viewed from the side, has the shape of an irregular polygon. An elongated, arcuate trigger in the shape of a curved fang extends from one lower side of the polygon, while a roughly cuboid spray nozzle tip extends from the front side of the polygon. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the spray bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the spray bottle from the left side, Fig. 3 shows the spray bottle from the right side, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle body from the bottom. According to the design, the bottle has a four-sided body that extends, at the top, into a neck with a cap fitted with a spray nozzle (Figs. 1, 2). The bottle body according to the pattern has a bottom in the shape of an ellipse, the small arcs of which are replaced by sections in the shape of a flattened letter C (fig. 3). From the elliptical bottom of the bottle according to the pattern, four body walls rise "upwards": two wider ones - the front and the back, which are mirror images of each other, and two narrower side walls, which in the view from the front (fig. 1) have the shape of an inverted letter C and the letter C, respectively, while the right narrower side wall together with the side wall of the neck has the shape of a letter C approximately twice as large as the corresponding left narrower side wall of the body. The upper part of the left, narrower side wall of the bottle body according to the pattern, viewed from the front, is situated diagonally both in relation to the bottom of the body and to the bottle neck, transforming at the height of the neck into a broken line in the shape of a double number 3 running "upwards", almost parallel to the upper section of the opposite side wall of the bottle neck according to the pattern. The bottle according to the pattern is closed at the top with a cap with a spray nozzle, although a spare bottle without a spray nozzle will also be available in the market. Essential features of the industrial design The bottle body has an ellipse-shaped bottom, the small arcs of which are replaced by sections in the shape of a flattened letter C. From the elliptical bottom, two wider body walls rise "upwards": the front and the back, which are mirror images of each other, and two narrower side walls in the shape of an inverted letter C and a letter C, respectively, while the right narrower side wall together with the side wall of the neck has the shape of a twice as large letter C. The upper part of the left, narrower side wall of the body is situated diagonally, changing at the height of the neck into a broken line in the shape of a double number 3, running "upwards", almost parallel to the upper section of the opposite side wall of the bottle neck (fig. 1, 2, 3).
