Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest daszek wózka golfowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac daszka wózka golfowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia daszek wózka golfowego w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 2 - daszek wózka golfowego w widoku od przodu, fig. 3 - daszek wózka golfowego w widoku od tylu, fig. 4 - daszek wózka golfowego w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - daszek wózka golfowego w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - daszek wózka golfowego w widoku od dolu. Daszek wózka golfowego wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt plyty majacej zarys zblizony do prostokatnego o zaokraglonych narozach i lekko wypuklych krawedziach przedniej i bocznych. Wokól plyty daszka jest uksztaltowane podwyzszoneobramowanie, lekko wywiniete do góry. Na górnej powierzchni daszka wewnatrz wzgledem obramowania jest usytuowany wystep, który jest wypukly w kierunku poprzecznym ma wysokosc zwiekszajaca sie do tylu i ma zaznaczone wzdluzne listwy. Od spodu, daszek ma uksztaltowane wglebienia w obszarach wystepów jego górnej powierzchni i wystepy w obszarach, wglebien jego górnej powierzchni oraz ma rozmieszczone z tylu i na bokach gniazda do mocowania slupków. Cechami charakterystycznymi daszka wózka golfowego wedlug wzoru jest to, ze ma on ksztalt plyty majacej zarys zblizony do prostokatnego o zaokraglonych narozach i lekko wypuklych krawedziach przedniej i bocznych, wokól której jest uksztaltowane podwyzszone obramowanie, lekko wywiniete do góry, przy czym na górnej powierzchni daszka wewnatrz wzgledem obramowania jest usytuowany wystep, który jest wypukly w kierunku poprzecznym ma wysokosc zwiekszajaca sie do tylu i ma zaznaczone wzdluzne listwy, a na srodkowej listwie, z przodu jest uksztaltowany okragly otwór, zas przy nim, pomiedzy wystepem i obramowaniem daszka jest uksztaltowany otwór o mniejszej srednicy, natomiast od spodu, daszek ma uksztaltowane wglebienia w obszarach wystepów jego górnej powierzchni i wystepy w obszarach wglebien jego górnej powierzchni oraz ma rozmieszczone z tylu i na bokach gniazda do mocowania slupków, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1-6.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4FIG. 5 FIG. 6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a golf cart canopy. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a golf cart canopy, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the golf cart canopy in a perspective front view, Fig. 2 - the golf cart canopy in a front view, Fig. 3 - the golf cart canopy in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the golf cart canopy in a side view, Fig. 5 - the golf cart canopy in a top view, Fig. 6 - the golf cart canopy in a bottom view. According to the design, the golf cart canopy has the shape of a plate with a roughly rectangular outline, with rounded corners and slightly convex front and side edges. A raised frame, slightly curved upward, is formed around the canopy plate. On the upper surface of the canopy, inward of the frame, is a projection that is convex laterally, increases in height toward the rear, and has marked longitudinal slats. A circular opening is formed at the front of the central slat, and next to it, between the projection and the canopy frame, is a smaller diameter opening. On the underside, the canopy has recesses in the areas of the projections on its upper surface and projections in the areas of the recesses on its upper surface. It also has sockets for mounting posts at the rear and sides. The characteristic features of the golf cart canopy according to the model are that it has the shape of a plate having an outline close to rectangular with rounded corners and slightly convex front and side edges, around which a raised frame is formed, slightly turned up, wherein on the upper surface of the canopy, inside the frame, there is a protrusion located, which is convex in the transverse direction, has a height increasing towards the rear and has marked longitudinal strips, and on the middle strip, at the front, there is a round opening, and next to it, between the protrusion and the canopy frame, there is an opening of smaller diameter, while from the bottom, the canopy has shaped recesses in the areas of the protrusions of its upper surface and protrusions in the areas of the recesses of its upper surface and has arranged at the back and on the sides sockets for mounting posts, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-6.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 FIG. 5 FIG. 6 PL PL
