Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest suszarka do wlosów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac suszarki do wlosów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i na fotografiach, na którym fig. 1 i fot. 1 przedstawia suszarke do wlosów w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, przy czym na fot. 1 jest ukazana takze dodatkowa nasadka, fig. 2 i fot. 2 - suszarke do wlosów w rzucie z góry, fig. 3 i fot. 3 - suszarke do wlosów w rzucie z przodu, fig. 4 i fot.4 - suszarke do wlosów w rzucie z dolu, fig. 5 i fot. 5 - suszarke do wlosów w rzucie z tylu, fig. 6 i fot. 6 - suszarke do wlosów w rzucie z lewego boku, fig. 7 i fot.7 - suszarke do wlosów w rzucie z prawego boku, fig. 8 - suszarke do wlosów w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu. Suszarka do wlosów ma korpus zblizony do walca, zwezajacy sie lekko na przednim koncu, z wystajacym od jegopowierzchni bocznej uchwytem majacym ksztalt splaszczonego walca, do konca którego jest dolaczony przewód. Korpus suszarki ma nakladke która otacza jego tylny koniec, przy czym w tylnej, okraglej scianie ta nakladka ma równolegle do siebie i uksztaltowane faliscie szczeliny, na dole i na górze tworza ja wystajace do przodu i przylegajace do korpusu plytki, z których dolna ma trapezowy ksztalt z zaokraglonymi narozami i poprzecznie rozciagajacymi sie garbami, natomiast górna ma ksztalt pólowalny wydluzony do przodu. Z przodu, korpus jest zakonczony nasadka w ksztalcie splaszczonego od góry i od dolu stozka scietego, a na nasadce i na przednim koncu korpusu sa uksztaltowane na bokach uklady równoleglych do siebie wglebien. Zamienna nasadka ma ksztalt kolowej tarczy z rozmieszczonymi otworami i wystepami. Uchwyt suszarki jest wygiety do przodu i ma na dole wystajacy kolnierz, a na tylnej jego powierzchni znajduje sie wglebienie o zarysie zblizonym do prostokatnego, w którym sa umieszczone dwie umieszczone obok siebie przesuwne plytki, wypukle i majace poprzeczne karby. Z przodu, w górnej czesci uchwytu jest zaznaczona trójkatna ramka otaczajaca pole, w którym znajduje sie prostopadloscienny przycisk majacy zaokraglone krawedzie i naroza. Cechami charakterystycznymi suszarki do wlosów wedlug wzoru jest to, ze korpus suszarki ma nakladke która otacza jego tylny koniec, przy czym w tylnej, okraglej scianie ta nakladka ma równolegle do siebie i uksztaltowane faliscie szczeliny, na dole i na górze tworza ja wystajace do przodu i przylegajace do korpusu plytki, z których dolna ma ksztalttrapezu z zaokraglonymi narozami i poprzecznie rozciagajacymi sie garbami, natomiast górna ma ksztalt pólowalny wydluzony do przodu, natomiast z przodu, korpus jest zakonczony nasadka w ksztalcie splaszczonego od góry i od dolu stozka scietego, a na nasadce i na przednim koncu korpusu sa uksztaltowane na bokach uklady równoleglych do siebie wglebien, zas uchwyt suszarki jest wygiety do przodu i ma na dole wystajacy kolnierz, a na tylnej jego powierzchni znajduje sie' wglebienie o zarysie zblizonym do prostokatnego, w którym sa umieszczone dwie umieszczone obok siebie przesuwne plytki, wypukle i majace poprzeczne karby i z przodu, w górnej czesci uchwytu jest zaznaczona trójkatna ramka otaczajaca pole, w którym znajduje sie prostopadloscienny przycisk majacy zaokraglone krawedzie i naroza, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - 8 i fotografiach, fot. 1-7.Fig. 2Fig. 4Fig. 6Fig. 7Fig. 8Fot. 1Fot. 2Fot. 3Fot. 4Fot. 5Fot. 6Fot. 7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a hair dryer. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the hair dryer, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which fig. 1 and photo. 1 show a hair dryer in a perspective view from the front, with photo. 1 also showing an additional attachment, fig. 2 and photo. 2 - a hair dryer in a top view, fig. 3 and photo. 3 - a hair dryer in a front view, fig. 4 and photo. 4 - a hair dryer in a bottom view, fig. 5 and photo. 5 - a hair dryer in a back view, fig. 6 and photo. 6 - a hair dryer in a left side view, fig. 7 and photo. 7 - a hair dryer in a right side view, fig. 8 - a hair dryer in a perspective view from the back. The hair dryer has a cylindrical body, tapering slightly at the front end, with a handle protruding from its side surface in the shape of a flattened cylinder, to which a cord is attached. The dryer body has a cover that surrounds its rear end, and in the rear, circular wall, this cover has parallel, wavy-shaped slots. At the top and bottom, it is formed by plates protruding forward and adjacent to the body, the lower one having a trapezoidal shape with rounded corners and transversely extending humps, while the upper one has a semi-oval shape elongated forward. At the front, the body is finished with a cap shaped like a truncated cone, flattened at the top and bottom. The cap and the front end of the body feature parallel recesses on the sides. The replacement cap is shaped like a circular disc with spaced holes and protrusions. The dryer handle curves forward and has a protruding flange at the bottom. Its rear surface features a recess roughly rectangular in shape, containing two adjacent sliding plates, convex and with transverse notches. At the front, the upper part of the handle features a triangular frame surrounding a field containing a rectangular button with rounded edges and corners. The characteristic features of the hair dryer according to the model are that the body of the dryer has an overlay that surrounds its rear end, wherein in the rear, circular wall this overlay has parallel and wavy-shaped slots, at the bottom and at the top it is formed by plates protruding forward and adjacent to the body, of which the lower one has the shape of a trapezoid with rounded corners and transversely extending humps, while the upper one has a semi-oval shape elongated forward, while at the front, the body is finished with a cap in the shape of a truncated cone flattened from the top and bottom, and on the cap and at the front end of the body there are formed on the sides of the systems of parallel recesses, while the handle of the dryer is bent forward and has a protruding collar at the bottom, and on its rear surface there is a recess with an outline close to rectangular, in which two sliding plates are placed next to each other, convex and with transverse notches, and at the front, in the upper part of the handle, there is a triangular frame surrounding a field in which there is a rectangular button with rounded edges and corners, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-8 and photographs, photos 1-7.Fig. 2Fig. 4Fig. 6Fig. 7Fig. 8Photo 1Photo 2Photo 3Photo 4Photo 5Photo 6Photo 7 PL PL
