Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z pompka. Tego typu butelka z pompka jest przeznaczona zwlaszcza na substancje plynne. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, butelka z pompka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii . Szersze sciany boczne korpusu, stanowiace przód i tyl butelkisa wypukle na zewnatrz. Boczne, znacznie wezsze sciany korpusu butelki rozszerzaja sie w kierunku podstawy na boki, zas w kierunku do góry sa pólkoliscie uksztaltowane i maja , mniej wiecej w srodkowej czesci, plaskie pole o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, którego przeciwlegle, krótsze boki sa pólkoliscie uksztaltowane. Podstawa butelki ma postac miski , której sciany boczne sa wygiete do góry, zas w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, którego dluzsze boki sa lukowato wygiete na zewnatrz. Natomiast pompka sklada sie z czesci dolnej i górnej. Dolna czesc ma ksztalt walca od góry i od dolu zakonczonego kopula, przy czym dolna kopula ma zmienna wysokosc i zachodzi na przednia i tylna sciane butelki, a w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma ksztalt wycinka kola wzdluz cieciwy. A od góry, dolna czesc pompki ma walcowy wystep stanowiacy górna czesc pompki, którego koniec ma postac nalozonego na wystep pochylonego nieco do góry elementu z dziobkiem. Sciany boczne tego elementu maja postac kolnierza otaczajacego walcowy wystep i nieco odstaja od scian tego wystepu. W widoku z góry element ma ksztalt gruszkowaty, zwezajacy sie w kierunku dziobka, którego koniec jest sciety. Przeciwlegla krawedz jest pólkoliscie zaokraglona. Powierzchnia górna tego elementu jest plaska i nieco pochylona do góry w kierunku dziobka. Kolnierz ma zmienna wysokosc zmieniajaca sie w kierunku dziobka i od strony, przeciwleglego, jednego wezszego boku korpusu butelki. This type of pump bottle is intended primarily for liquid substances. Compared to similar products of this type, the pump bottle, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by a new form manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The pump bottle design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective side view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a back view, Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the bottle in a bottom view. The pump bottle has a body roughly shaped like a cuboid with rounded corners, tapering upwards and downwards, with the upper arc being smaller. The wider side walls of the body, constituting the front and rear of the bottle, are convex outward. The side walls, significantly narrower, widen towards the base and are semicircular towards the top, having, approximately in the middle, a flat area roughly shaped like a rectangle, whose opposite, shorter sides are semicircular. The base of the bottle is shaped like a bowl, with side walls curved upwards, while from above, it resembles a rectangle with rounded corners, the longer sides curved outwards. The pump, on the other hand, consists of a lower and an upper section. The lower part is cylindrical at the top and bottom, topped with a dome. The lower dome has a variable height and overlaps the front and rear walls of the bottle. In front and rear views, it resembles a circular sector along the chord. From above, the lower part of the pump has a cylindrical projection constituting the upper part of the pump, the end of which is a slightly upwardly inclined spout element placed over the projection. The side walls of this element are in the form of a flange surrounding the cylindrical projection and protrude slightly from the walls of this projection. In top view, the element is pear-shaped, tapering towards the spout, the end of which is beveled. The opposite edge is semicircularly rounded. The upper surface of this element is flat and slightly inclined upward towards the spout. The collar has a variable height that changes towards the spout and from the side opposite one of the narrower sides of the bottle body. In the view from the opposite, shorter side of the bottle, the spout has a rectangular opening. The essential features of the pump bottle are that it has a body in the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners, narrowing like an arc upwards and downwards, with the upper arc being smaller, while the wider side walls of the body, constituting the front and back of the bottle, are convex outwards, while the lateral, much narrower walls of the bottle body widen towards the base to the sides, and towards the top are semicircular in shape and have, more or less in the middle, a flat area in the shape of a rectangle, the opposite, shorter sides of which are semicircular in shape, where the base of the bottle is in the form of a bowl, the side walls of which are bent upwards, and in the top view it has the shape of close to a rectangle with rounded corners, the longer sides of which are arched outwards, while the pump consists of a lower and an upper part, and the lower part is cylindrical in shape, topped with a dome at the top and bottom, wherein the lower dome has a variable height and overlaps the front and back walls of the bottle, and in the front and back view it has the shape of a sector of a circle along the chord, and from the top, the lower part of the pump has a cylindrical protrusion constituting the upper part of the pump, the end of which is in the form of an element with a spout placed on the protrusion, inclined slightly upwards, wherein the side walls of this element have the form of a collar surrounding the cylindrical protrusion and slightly protrude from the walls of this protrusion, and in the top view the element has a pear-shaped shape, narrowing towards the spout, the end of which is cut off, while the opposite edge is semicircularly rounded, and the upper surface of this element is flat and slightly inclined upwards towards the spout, wherein the collar has a variable height changing towards the spout and from the side of the opposite, one narrower side of the bottle body, wherein in the view from the opposite, shorter side of the bottle, the spout has a rectangular opening, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1-7.
