Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the design of a reclosable beverage pouch; the reclosable beverage pouch has a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall, right and left side walls, a top wall area, and a cap portion; the right and left side walls are similar and have a central crease extending most of the height of the side walls and side edges which are recessed relative to the front and rear walls; the recessed side edges of the right and left side walls are situated adjacent to flat outwardly extending welding seams which extend around the right and left side walls; the side walls have an uneven surface shape and portions of the side walls extend outwardly beyond the front and rear walls; the rear wall has generally straight side edges and an uneven surface, portions of which bulge slightly outwards; the front wall has generally straight side edges and an uneven surface, portions of which bulge slightly outwards; the front wall merges into rounded corners at the upper and lower ends thereof; the front wall surface extends most of the way across the top and the bottom of the pouch to straight end edges situated adjacent the rear wall and overlapping a portion of the rear wall surface which extends part way across the top and the bottom of the pouch; the top wall area is generally flat and has a central generally cylindrical cap portion and an aligned and slightly raised and slightly larger diameter flat circular member situated thereon; the flat circular member contrasts tonally and texturally from the beverage pouch.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1.1 is a perspective view from the right front of the design of a reclosable beverage pouch;Fig. 1.2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.5 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.6 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 1.7 is a bottom plan view thereof;Diagrams of the design are included.
