Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do napoju. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania do napoju przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie do napoju w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 2 - opakowanie do napoju w widoku od przedniej krawedzi, fig. 3 - opakowanie do napoju w widoku od tylnej krawedzi. Opakowanie do napoju wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac kartonowego pudelka o fantazyjnym ksztalcie, majacym podstawe prostokatna i zaokraglone krawedzie boczne i górne. Na jednej z bocznych krawedzi pudelka, na dole jest uksztaltowane splaszczenie w postaci równoramiennego trójkata zwróconego wierzcholkiem do góry, z którym styka sie naroze spadzistego w te strone wierzchu pudelka. Przeciwleglakrawedz boczna jest prosta a boki pudelka usytuowane po jej obu stronach sa poszerzone na górze. Pozostale dwa boki pudelka sa nachylone od dolu do wewnatrz i na górze wygiete na zewnatrz do poszerzonego wierzchu pudelka. Istotnymi cechami opakowania do napoju jest to, ze ma ono postac pudelka o fantazyjnym ksztalcie, majacym podstawe prostokatna i zaokraglone krawedzie boczne i górne. Na jednej z bocznych krawedzi pudelka, na dole jest uksztaltowane splaszczenie w postaci równoramiennego trójkata zwróconego wierzcholkiem do góry, z którym styka sie naroze spadzistego w te strone wierzchu pudelka. Przeciwlegla krawedz boczna jest prosta a boki pudelka usytuowane po jej obu stronach sa poszerzone na górze. Pozostale dwa boki pudelka sa nachylone od dolu do wewnatrz i na górze wygiete na zewnatrz do poszerzonego wierzchu pudelka, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1- 3.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a beverage package. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of beverage package, manifested in its shape, line layout, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the beverage package in a perspective side view, Fig. 2 - the beverage package viewed from the front edge, and Fig. 3 - the beverage package viewed from the rear edge. The beverage package, according to the industrial design, is a cardboard box of a fanciful shape, with a rectangular base and rounded side and top edges. On one of the side edges of the box, at the bottom, is a flattened area in the form of an isosceles triangle, with its apex facing upwards, which is met by the corner of the box's top, which slopes towards the same direction. The opposite side edge is straight, and the sides of the box on either side are widened at the top. The other two sides of the box slope inward from the bottom and curve outward at the top towards the widened top. The essential features of this beverage packaging are its fanciful shape, with a rectangular base and rounded side and top edges. One of the side edges of the box has a flattened bottom in the form of an isosceles triangle, with its apex pointing upwards, which is met by the corner of the box's sloping top. The opposite side edge is straight, and the sides of the box on either side are widened at the top.
