Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie plakietki pod opakowanie. Plakietka sluzy jako podstawka pod mocowane z nia przezroczyste opakowanie, na przyklad po- przez zgrzewanie, przez które widoczny jest wyrób reklamowany lub przeznaczony do sprzedazy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia plakietke pod opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- plakietke w wi- doku z przodu, fig.3- plakietke w widoku z boku, fig.4- pla-kietke w widoku z góry, fig.5- plakietke w widoku z dolu, a fig.6- plakietke w przykladowym zastosowaniu. Priority: November 15, 2001 (Japan). The subject of the industrial design is a packaging label. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the packaging label. The label serves as a base for the transparent packaging attached to it, for example, by welding, through which the advertised or sold product is visible. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the packaging label in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the label in a front view, fig. 3 - the label in a side view, fig. 4 - the label in a top view, fig. 5 - the label in a bottom view, and fig. 6 - the label in an example application. The packaging label according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it has the outline of a figure created by combining, from the top, a rectangle, an isosceles trapezoid and a rectangle with a smaller surface area than the upper rectangle, wherein in the area of the larger rectangle there is an opening in the outline of a rectangle with arc-shaped shorter sides connected to a semicircle, and on the edges of the connection of the trapezoid and the lower rectangle there is a cutout, one edge of which is a straight line and the other is an arc-shaped line, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 6.
