Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie optycznego pakietu dyskowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia optyczny pakiet dyskowy w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.2- optyczny pakiet dyskowy w widokuperspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z tylu, fig.3- pakiet w widoku z przodu, fig.4- pakiet w widoku z tylu, fig.5- pakiet w widoku z boku, fig.6- pakiet w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- pakiet w widoku z góry, a fig.8- pakiet w widoku z dolu. Optyczny pakiet dyskowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne : krawedz górna pakietu jest lukowato odsadzona, zas krawedz tylna jest linia lamana i przebiega skosnie w kierunku dolnych narozy. W polu sciany przedniej pakietu znajduje sie niskie wypietrzenie majace, w widoku z przodu, zarys prostokata, którego jeden krótszy bok ma zarys pólkola, zas w polu sciany tylnej znajduje sie wybranie majace, w widoku z tylu, zarys figury bedacej polaczeniem prostokata z lukowatym krótszym bokiem i pólkola. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the optical disc package. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the optical disc package in perspective views from above, from the side, and from the front; fig. 2 shows the optical disc package in perspective views from above, from the side, and from the back; fig. 3 shows the package in front view; fig. 4 shows the package in back view; fig. 5 shows the package in side view; fig. 6 shows the package in the other side view; fig. 7 shows the package in top view; and fig. 8 shows the package in bottom view. The optical disc package, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: the top edge of the package is arched, while the rear edge is a broken line and runs diagonally toward the lower corners. The front wall of the package has a low elevation, which, in a front view, has the outline of a rectangle, one shorter side of which has the outline of a semicircle. The rear wall has a recess, which, in a rear view, has the outline of a figure combining a rectangle with an arced shorter side and a semicircle.
