Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pojemnika na jajka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik na jajka w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji otwarcia, z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- pojemnik na jajka w widoku zgóry w pozycji zamkniecia, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z boku w pozycji zamkniecia, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z przodu w pozycji zamkniecia, fig.5- pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji otwarcia, z góry, z tylu i z boku, fig.6- pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji otwarcia, z dolu, z przodu i z boku, fig.7- pojemnik w pozycji otwarcia, w widoku z góry, fig.8- pojemnik w pozycji otwarcia w widoku z boku, fig.9- pojemnik w pozycji otwarcia w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.10- pojemnik w pozycji otwarcia w widoku z przodu, a fig.11- pojemnik w pozycji otwarcia w widoku z tylu. Pojemnik na jajka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonany ze sprasowanej miazgi celulozowej i stanowiacy dwie profilowane pokrywy, z których dolna zawiera kieszenie na jajka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: pokrywa górna pojemnika zachodzi lukowatymi krawedziami na pokrywe dolna, od przodu i od boków, zas od strony bocznej obie pokrywy maja po dwie wypuklosci, z których kazda ma ksztalt jajowaty. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the egg container. An industrial-design egg container made of compressed cellulose pulp and comprising two profiled covers, the lower of which contains egg pockets, has the following essential features: the upper cover of the container overlaps the lower cover with arched edges, from the front and sides, while on the side both covers have two protrusions, each of which is ovoid in shape. The posts separating the egg pockets have the shape of truncated cones, the lateral surfaces of which have four concavities each, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 11.
