Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie opaski na kolano. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia opaske na kolano w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opaske w widoku z góry, fig.3- opaske w widoku z dolu, fig.4- opaske w widoku z boku, fig.5- opaske w widoku z tylu, a fig.6- opaske w widoku z przodu. Opaska na kolano wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plakietki obejmujacej w przyblizeniu prostokatne pole z dwunastoma owalnymiwypuklosciami oraz odchodzace od niego dwie pary pasów, z których dwa lewe sa krótsze, a dwa prawe sa dluzsze, przy czym wykrój pomiedzy pasami, w kazdej parze pasów, tworzy zarys litery „U". Ponadto na dluzszych, zewnetrznych krawedziach opaski znajduja sie dwa plytkie wykroje, kazdy o zarysie „U". The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the knee band. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the knee band in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the band in a top view, fig. 3 - the band in a bottom view, fig. 4 - the band in a side view, fig. 5 - the band in a back view, and fig. 6 - the band in a front view. The knee bandage, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the form of a plaque encompassing an approximately rectangular field with twelve oval protrusions and two pairs of strips extending from it, of which the two left ones are shorter and the two right ones are longer, with the cutout between the strips in each pair of strips forming the outline of the letter "U". In addition, on the longer, outer edges of the bandage there are two shallow cutouts, each with a "U" outline. In the field with oval protrusions, there is an oval slot located transversely to the length of the strips, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to fig. 6.
