Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie witryny reklamowej . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia witryne reklamowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- witryne w widoku z góry, fig.3- witryne w widoku z boku, fig.4- witryne w widoku z przodu, a fig.5-witryne w widoku z tylu. Witryna reklamowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obej- mujaca rame, która w widoku z przodu, z tylu, z góry i z bokuma zarys prostokatny, oraz prostokatny element przezroczysty stanowiacy okno witryny, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: na powierzchniach scian bocznych ramy znajduja sie cztery sy- metryczne zarysy, kazdy w ksztalcie prostokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami. Ponad dolnymi krawedziami sciany przedniej, tylnej i scian bocznych znajduje sie pas szesciu wystepów i rowków majacych zarysy prostokatne, przy czym szerokosc pa- sa zajmuje ponad polowe odleglosci pomiedzy krawedzia dolna ramy, a krawedzia dolna okna witryny. Ponadto odleglosc po- miedzy prostokatna krawedzia sciany przedniej od prostokatnej krawedzi okna witryny jest jednakowa na trzech bokach, zas na dolnym boku jest okolo czterokrotnie wieksza. Szerokosc scia- ny górnej i dolnej jest równa szerokosci scian bocznych, przy czym szerokosc sciany górnej i dolnej jest okolo siedem razy mniejsza odpowiednio od dlugosci tych scian, jak przedstawio- no na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 5. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the advertising display case. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the advertising display case in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the display case in a top view, fig. 3 - the display case in a side view, fig. 4 - the display case in a front view, and fig. 5 - the display case in a back view. An industrial-design advertising display case, comprising a frame with a rectangular outline in front, back, top, and side views, and a rectangular transparent element constituting the display case window, has the following essential features: the frame's side walls feature four symmetrical outlines, each rectangular with arcuate shorter sides. Above the lower edges of the front, back, and side walls is a band of six rectangular projections and grooves, the width of which occupies more than half the distance between the lower edge of the frame and the lower edge of the display case window. Furthermore, the distance between the rectangular edge of the front wall and the rectangular edge of the display case window is the same on three sides, while on the lower side it is approximately four times greater. The width of the top and bottom walls is equal to the width of the side walls, whereby the width of the top and bottom walls is approximately seven times smaller than the length of these walls, respectively, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 5.
