Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona na lampe fluorescencyjna. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu oslony na lampe fluorescencyjna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia oslone na lampe fluoroscencyjna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- oslone w widoku z przodu, fig.3- oslone w widoku z tylu, fig.4- oslone w widoku z boku, fig.5- oslone w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- oslone w widoku z góry, a fig.7- oslone w widoku z dolu. Oslona na lampe fluoroscencyjna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus i nakladke posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt cylindra, zas nakladka ma postac plytki o zarysie kwadratu z lukowato zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym obwodowa krawedz plytki jest lukowato zaokraglona i dochodzi do krawedzi korpusu. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the fluorescent lamp cover. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the fluorescent lamp cover in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the cover in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the cover in a back view, Fig. 4 shows the cover in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the cover in a second side view, Fig. 6 shows the cover in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the cover in a bottom view. An industrial-design fluorescent lamp cover, comprising a body and an overlay, has the following essential features: the body is cylindrical in shape, and the overlay is a square-shaped plate with rounded corners, with the peripheral edge of the plate being rounded and reaching the edge of the body. In two opposite corners of the upper wall of the overlay, two circular outlines are visible, and in the next two corners, cylindrical pins are located, in which the upper edge is obliquely gathered, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
