Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie odstraszajace owady. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu urzadzenia odstraszajacego owady. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia urzadzenie odstraszajace owady w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, fig.3-urzadzenie w widoku z tylu, a fig.4-urzadzenie w widoku z boku. Urzadzenie odstraszajace owady wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace korpus oraz wklad, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus zlozony jest z pionowego ramienia z podstawa i ruchomego ogranicznika, przy czym pionowe ramie ma wypukla sciane górna, w której znajduje sie wybranie z centralnym otworem, które ma zarys elipsy, przy czym od strony przedniej i tylnej ramienia, na calej jego wysokosci, przebiega wybranie, w którym widoczne jest kolo usytuowane tuz pod sciana górna ramienia. W czesci dolnej ramienia znajduje sie podstawa majacawysunieta ku przodowi czesc przednia oraz uchwyt z otworem, którego ksztalt jest dopasowany do ksztaltu pionowego ramienia. Ruchomy ogranicznik korpusu obejmuje plozy wysuniete ku przodowi oraz uchwyt dopasowany ksztaltem do ksztaltu pionowego ramienia korpusu. Wklad obejmuje dwie podstawy oraz wkladke harmonijkowa, przy czym kazda z podstaw ma odpowiednio, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys prostokata, zas wkladka harmonijkowa obejmuje wiele segmentów o jednakowej wysokosci majacych skrajne krawedzie ulozone równolegle do siebie. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the insect repellent device. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the insect repellent device in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the device in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the device in a rear view, and Fig. 4 shows the device in a side view. The insect repellent device according to the industrial design, comprising a body and an insert, has the following essential features: the body consists of a vertical arm with a base and a movable stop, the vertical arm having a convex upper wall containing a recess with a central opening in the shape of an ellipse. A recess runs along the front and back sides of the arm, along its entire height, and in this recess a circle is visible, located just below the upper wall of the arm. The lower part of the arm includes a base with a forwardly projecting front section and a handle with an opening shaped to match the vertical arm. The movable body stop includes forwardly projecting skids and a handle shaped to match the vertical arm of the body. The insert includes two bases and a concertina insert, wherein each base has, respectively, a rectangular outline in top and bottom views, while the concertina insert includes a plurality of equal-height segments with their extreme edges arranged parallel to each other.
