Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia wklad do urzadzenia odstraszajacego owady w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- wklad w widoku z przodu, fig.3- wklad w widoku z tylu, fig.4- wklad w widoku z boku, fig.5- wklad w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- wklad w widoku z góry, a fig.7- wklad w widoku z dolu. Wklad do urzadzenia odstraszajacego owady wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy dwie podstawy oraz wkladke harmonijkowa, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: kazda z podstaw ma odpowiednio, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarysprostokata, zas wkladka harmonijkowa obejmuje wiele segmentów o jednakowej wysokosci majacych skrajne krawedzie ulozone równolegle do siebie. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the cartridge for the insect repellent device. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the cartridge for the insect repellent device in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the cartridge in a front view, Fig. 3 - the cartridge in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the cartridge in a side view, Fig. 5 - the cartridge in a second side view, Fig. 6 - the cartridge in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the cartridge in a bottom view. An industrial design insect repellent insert comprising two bases and a concertina insert has the following essential features: each base has, respectively, a rectangular outline when viewed from above and below, and the concertina insert comprises a plurality of segments of equal height with their extreme edges arranged parallel to each other.
