Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia lampe podczerwieni w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- lampe podczerwieni w widoku z przodu, fig.3- lampe podczerwieni w widoku z tylu, fig.4- lampe podczerwieni w widoku z boku, fig.5- lampe podczerwieni w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- lampe podczerwieni w widoku z góry, a fig.7- lampe podczerwieni w widoku z dolu.Lampa podczerwieni wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca czesc górna i czesc dolna stanowiaca podstawe, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc górna stanowi bryle, której czesc przednia ma ksztalt stozka scietego z wypukla sciana boczna, a czesc tylna ma ksztalt nizszego stozka scietego z wypukla sciana boczna i wypukla mniejsza podstawa, w polu której widoczne sa dwa wybrania o zarysach prostokatnych i przycisk o zarysie owalnym. W polu sciany bocznej wspomnianej czesci przedniej znajduje sie wystep majacy, w widoku z boku, zarys trójkatny, dochodzacy do podstawy lampy. Podstawa obejmuje dwa segmenty, z których dolny ma w widoku z dolu zarys owalu, a w widoku z boku, zarys czworoboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate. Segment górny podstawy ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu, a w widoku z boku zarys pieciokata, którego cztery boki sa lukowate. In the area of the side wall of said front part there is a projection having, in a side view, a triangular outline extending to the base of the lamp. The base consists of two segments, the bottom of which has the outline of an oval in the bottom view, and the outline of a quadrilateral in the side view, the three sides of which are arched. The top segment of the base shows an approximately trapezoidal outline in front and rear views, and a five-pointed outline in the side view, the four sides of which are arched.
