Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie mikrofonu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia mikrofon w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- mikrofon w widoku z przodu, fig.3- mikrofon w widoku z góry, fig.4- mikrofon w widoku z boku, fig.5- mikrofon w widoku z tylu, a fig.6- mikrofon w widoku z dolu. Mikrofon wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacyuchwyt i glowice, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: uchwyt ma postac rurki w ksztalcie bryly bedacej zestawieniem dwóch stozków scietych, w których wysokosc wyzszego stozka scietego jest okolo pieciokrotnie wieksza niz stozka nizszego. W polu sciany bocznej nizszego stozka widoczne sa dwa zarysy piers- cieniowe, zas w polu sciany bocznej wyzszego stozka znajduja sie: owalny otwór, a w nim owalny wystep oraz dwa mniejsze otwory usytuowane w poblizu krawedzi, jeden o zarysie kolis- tym i drugi o zarysie owalnym. Glowica mikrofonu ma postac siatki uformowanej w ksztalt beczulki, przy czym nitki siatki przeplataja sie pod katem prostym tworzac zarysy kwadratów na scianie górnej glowicy i przeplataja sie lukowato na scianie bocznej glowicy.Ponadto w czesci dolnej glowicy usytuowany jest pierscien, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 6.FIG. 1 FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PLMicrophone The design registration right is valid from: May 10, 2002. Priority: January 11, 2002 (United States of America). The subject of the industrial design is a microphone. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the microphone. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the microphone in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the microphone in a front view, fig. 3 - the microphone in a top view, fig. 4 - the microphone in a side view, fig. 5 - the microphone in a rear view, and fig. 6 - the microphone in a bottom view. The microphone according to the industrial design, including a holder and a head, has the following essential features: the holder is in the form of a tube in the shape of a solid being the juxtaposition of two truncated cones, in which the height of the upper truncated cone is approximately five times greater than that of the lower cone. Two annular outlines are visible on the side wall of the lower cone, while the side wall of the higher cone contains an oval opening with an oval protrusion within it, and two smaller openings located near the edge, one circular and the other oval. The microphone head is a barrel-shaped mesh, with the mesh threads interlacing at right angles, creating square outlines on the upper head wall, and interlacing in an arc on the side wall of the head.
