Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru ma korpus o ksztalcie walcowego dzwonu, który w górnej czesci zaopatrzony jest w gwintowana walcowa szyjke posiadajaca u nasady pierscien laczacy sie lukowym wyobleniem z górna powierzchnia korpusu,której zakonczenie laczy sie zaokraglona powierzchnia przy czym w dolnej czesci korpusu jest pólpierscieniowe wyoblenie. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z dolu, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono butelke w czterech odmianach kolorystycznych, niebieskiej, jasnozielonej, bezbarwnej i pomaranczowej. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma korpus 1 o ksztalcie walcowego dzwonu, który w górnej czesci zaopatrzony jest w gwintowana walcowa szyjke g posiadajaca u nasady pierscien 3 laczacy sie lukowym wyobleniem 4 z górna powierzchnia 5 korpusu 1, której zakonczenie laczy sie zaokraglona powierzchnia 6, przy czym w dolnej czesci korpusu 1 jest pólpierscieniowe wyoblenie 7. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic qualities, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, has a cylindrical bell-shaped body, which in its upper part is equipped with a threaded cylindrical neck with a ring at the base connecting with the upper surface of the body by an arc, the end of which connects to a rounded surface, while the lower part of the body has a semi-ring-shaped curvature. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a bottom view, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle in four color variations: blue, light green, colorless, and orange. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a body 1 in the shape of a cylindrical bell, which in the upper part is provided with a threaded cylindrical neck g having at its base a ring 3 connecting with the upper surface 5 of the body 1 by an arc-shaped recess 4, the end of which is connected with a rounded surface 6, while in the lower part of the body 1 there is a semi-ring-shaped recess 7.
