Zamkniecie do butelek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 19 marca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zamkniecie do butelek. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zamkniecia do butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Zamkniecie do butelek wedlug wzoru ma korpus którego obrys w widoku od przodu i od tylu ma ksztalt trapezu z bocznymi tworzacymi w postaci luków, gdzie w górnej czesci korpusu jest przykrywka polaczona z nim nierozlacznie za pomocazawiasu zaopatrzonego w zaczepy o lukowym ksztalcie, gdzie przykrywka od góry ma ksztalt owalu, boczne jej sciany maja ksztalt zblizony do trójkata i od spodu zaopatrzona jest ona w stozkowy trzpien i ma lukowa krawedz nad która jest lukowy wystep. Pod przykrywka znajduje sie sciana w postaci plaskiej powierzchni, która wyposazona jest w stozkowa wylewke, przy czym w widoku z góry sciana ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, którego narozniki zakonczone sa lukami. Od spodu sciana zaopatrzona jest w walcowa prowadnice i dwa lukowe zatrzaski. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - przedstawiono pozbawione przykrywki zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek z otwarta przykrywka w widoku z boku, fig. 7 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku od spodu, a na fig. 8 - przedstawiono otwarte zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z przodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku zamkniecie do butelek ma korpus ± , którego obrys w widoku od przodu i od tylu ma ksztalt trapezu 2 , a boczne tworzace maja postac luków 3 . W górnej czesci korpusu 1 jest przykrywka 4 polaczona z nim nierozlacznie za pomoca zawiasu 5 zaopatrzonego w zaczepy 6 o lukowym ksztalcie. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from March 19, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle closure. The essence of the design is a new form of bottle closure, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle closure according to the design has a body whose outline, viewed from the front and back, is trapezoidal, with side elements forming arcs. The upper part of the body contains a lid inseparably connected to it by a hinge equipped with arc-shaped hooks. The lid is oval at the top, its side walls are roughly triangular in shape, and its underside is equipped with a conical pin and an arc-shaped edge, above which is an arc-shaped protrusion. Under the lid is a flat wall surface equipped with a conical spout. When viewed from above, the wall is roughly trapezoidal in shape, with the corners terminating in arcs. The underside of the wall is provided with a cylindrical guide and two arc-shaped latches. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle closure from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle closure from the back, Fig. 3 shows the bottle closure from the top, Fig. 4 shows the bottle closure from the side, Fig. 5 shows the bottle closure without the lid from the top, Fig. 6 shows the bottle closure with an open lid from the side, Fig. 7 shows the bottle closure from the bottom, and Fig. 8 shows the open bottle closure from the front. As shown in the drawing, the bottle closure has a body ±, the outline of which in the front and rear views is trapezoidal 2, and the side forms are in the form of arcs 3. In the upper part of the body 1 there is a cover 4, inseparably connected to it by means of a hinge 5 provided with arc-shaped hooks 6. The cover 4 has an oval shape 7 from the top, its side walls are similar to a triangle 8 and from the bottom it is provided with a conical pin 9 and has an arched edge 10 above which there is an arched projection 1JL. Below the cover 4 there is a wall 12 in the form of a flat surface which is equipped with a conical spout 13, while in the top view the wall 12 has a shape similar to a trapezium whose corners 14 are terminated with arches, and from the bottom the wall 12 is provided with a cylindrical guide 15 and two arched latches 16.
